83 SUMMARY Our thesis called "The judgement of apostasy and deserter in terms oil Islamic public law n is compesed of an introduction and three sections. We gave examples concerning the incidentscof apostasy from Quran and Sunnah.ln the first section we dealt with the concept of apostasy in terms ot Islamic law.ln this part the idea that the va lidity child of apostasy isn't approved, though this guestion is argumentatuve.We mentioned the conditions of apostasy that are adulthood, intelligence and discretionary. The one whor-was forced to desert his religion is not responsible for that action as the Islamic law does'nt suppose such person desert.Basicly apostasy has three kind, assertive actual and the concernig apostasi belief.în addition to these three is another form of apostasy that is called desertion apostasy in the part of apostasy concerning belief we account for the incident of it stemmings from the doubth and the approval of kufr.Also,We have given lots of examples of apostasy arising from the expressions of küfr is really important. To accuse a muslim of being kafir is risky.în the secant section of the study we dealt with the deserter's repentance the deats of him the stuation of a women deserter and to convedt from apostasy. We noticed that the killing of women was very argumentative în the third section of the book we examined the incidents of apostasy in the periods of Muhammed F.B.U.H. and Ebu Bakr r.a What's clear from the survery is that muslims must be educated adeguately on religious view of Hanefi sect, in addition, the views of the other sects werenit neglected. The meanigs of the verses mentioned in the book we re given from Hasan Basri Cantay's purport.
