Özet
ÜZEI. Bu tez raporunda, Sosyalist sistemin felsefi oluşumundan başlayarak geçirdiği safhalar ve bugün yaşanmakta olan değişimler, ve ardındaki gerekçeler, fazlaca detaya inilmeden ancak belli bir görüşü destekleyecek şekilde düzenlenmiş konulara değinilmektedir. Bu görüş, Sosyalist yaşam biçiminin oluşumunda temelde etkili olan Marx ve O'nun felsefesinin, kendi dönemi ve öncesindeki felsefi akımlar ve ekonomik ilişkilerden etkilenerek ortaya çıktığı, ve o dönemde Kapitalizmin hızlı ve acımasız gelişmesine karşı, çalışan halk kitlelerini harekete geçirmek üzere bir ideolojik yapı oluşturduğu, ancak bu idelojinin çatısının yanlış önermeler üzerine kurulduğundan, ekonomik olarak da hayata geçirilebilmesinin imkansız olduğu, şeklinde özetlenebilir. Bundan başka, Rusya'da Marxist ideolojinin, Marx `ın öne sürdüğü hiçbir temel önkoşulun var olmamasını rağmen, uygulanmaya çalışılmasının yarattığı sorunlar, ve dolayısıyla bu sorunları çözmek amacıyla hazırlanan sayısız reform paketleri, ve bunlar arasında özellikle Lenin ve Gorbachev tarafından önerilen reformların benzerliğine dikkat çekilmektedir. Diğer bir husus da, her ne kadar Lenin ve çalışma arkadaşları, ekonomik sistemlerinde“ belli bir süre için., ekonomi güçlenene kadar ”kapitalist elemanlara taviz verdiklerini iddia etseler bile, ve bu iddia bugünkü Sovyet yöneticileri tarafından da ifade edilse bile, tez araştırmacısı, Sosyalist ülkelerdeki ekonomik sistemin bugünkü dünya ekonomik konjonktürü içerisinde bağımsız olarak uygulanabilmesinin imkansızlığını, ve tek alternatif olarak, gerçek anlamda rekabete dayalı ve özel girişimciliğe fırsat tanıyan demokratik bir pazar ekonomisinin yaşama şansı olduğunu iddia etmektedir. Bunu da, son dönemde, tersi iddia edilse bile, Sosyalist ülkelerde“ geri dönülmez ”şekilde pazar ekonomisine geçiş için adım atıldığını gösteren uygulamaları not ederek belirtmektedir. Bu dönüşümün gerekliliği en üst düzey sosyalist liderler tarafından da birçok defalar ifade edilmiştir.

ABSTRACT In this thesis report, the different phases of the Socialist System, from its philosophical foundation to nowadays' developments and the reasons behind are investigated without getting into much detail for the sake of compactness of the research topic. The main point of view of the thesis writer is that, Marxist philosophy is based on the influences of the philosophical currents in Marx's period and is turned into a reaction against the bitter and quick development of capitalism at that time. But the impossibility of the applicability of the Marxist ideology into the economic life is, claimed by the thesis writer, because of the wrong interpretations of the capitalist vs. proletariat relations within the sphere of production, and the trends in the dialectic process of the history, thus building up a wrong framework for the socialist living order. Another aspect investigated in this work is the reasons behind the numerous reforms in the history of the socialist economic systems, which is asserted by the researcher, as the obstinacy of the communist leaders in pursuing Marxist principles in their economic life even though there never existed the prerequisites of these principles. In this work, the attention of the reader is attracted to the similarities between the reform programmes of Lenin and Gorbachev. And, thence the unavoidable necessity of the real market economic system with real money and price formation, as the sole alternative for a country to survive forever, in this economic conjuncture of the real world. No matter what the communist leaders claim as that, after a transitory period of capitalist market operations, socialist and then communist living orders will be established, the thesis writer asserts that the recent developments will lead the reformist countries to democratic economic and political systems, far from the, so called, communist erect.
