Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada insanlar İçin hayati bir öneme sahip olan Beden Eğitimi derslerinin okullardaki fonksiyonelliği ve orta öğretimde okuyan öğrencilerin pisiko-motor gelişim düzeyleri ölçülmeye çalışılmıştır. Araştırmanın evrenini Konya İl merkezindeki orta dereceli okullar oluşturmuştur. Veriler Öğretmenlerden anket yoluyla, öğrencilerden ise uy gulamalı olarak beceri ve gelişim testlerine tabii tutularak elde edilmiştir. Araştırmada Türk Milli Eğitiminin hedeflediği amaçlara, tesis, araç, gereç ve zaman eksikliğinden' ulaşılamadığı anlaşılmıştır. Buna rağmen öğretmenlerin ve öğrencilerin gayretiyle okul'ardaki başarının bir ölçüye ka dar artırıldığı görülmüştür. Bu da elde edilen başarıların kişilere bağlı olarak zaman zaman değiştiğini göstermektedir. Ancak kurumun yapısından veya sağladığı imkanlardan dolayı devamlılık gösteren başarıların elde edilmesi nin mümkün olmadığı da görülmektedir. 35

SUMMARY In this study, we aim to determine the function of spor training and the level of psyco-motor development for students at senior high school in the dirtrict of Konya. The scope of this study includes all the senior school in the provin cial city of Konya. We have tried to compile data from the teachers through questionnaries and from students through the tests, which applied to mea sure the sportive skills and their developments. In the study the targets programmed by the ministery of National Education have been found not to be achieved1 in spite of this, the success in the schools related has increased to some extent. This indicates that the success sometimes achieved have somethine to do with the personel enthusiciasm of the students. It is also observed that the.continuous success are not likely to be achieved because of the lock of fasciites and structural defets of the institute. 1- Due to the insufficency of sportive faccilities, equipments and even time. 36
