Emprical data which aimed at the investigation of radio tranceivers as a means of organizational communication, are interpreted within the framework of critical approach, in order to evaluate organizational communication process which is recognized as one of the basic organizational processes, Such an evaluation of organizational communication is to be carried out with regard to its social context in which the organization itself exists, as well as its dimensions which are related to other organizational processes, namely decision making, coordinating, planning etc. Within the framework of an organizational communication research model which is proposed after the examination of basic communicational premises of the theories of organization, a chosen method of observation claims to overcome the well-known problems of the emprical research logic and the interpretations through the critical approach provides an interdisciplinary frame which emphasizes the technological dimension of communication in organizations. - 176 -
