Özet
Sanat eğitimi denildiğinde sanatın tanımının ötesinde yaşamsal anlamda, insanolmak bilinci açısından ne olduğunu bilmek, sanatın eğitiminin ise ne gibikazanımlara yol açtığını kavramak oldukça önemlidir.Cumhuriyet'in kuruluşundan bu yana tarihsel gelişimi bölümünde sanat eğitimi iletoplumun uygarlaşması ve sanat eğitimi anlayışının amaçların uygun şekildeyürütülmesi bakımından gerekli değişikliklerin yapıldığı anlatılmıştır. Sanat eğitimi,tarihsel süreci içinde, dönemlerin ekonomik kültürel koşullarına bağlı olarak eğitimsistemlerinde varlık göstermiş, teknolojik gelişmelerin yaşanmaya başlandığıdönemlerden itibaren de hedefler ?toplumsal bir varlık kazanma?, insan olmanınbilincine varma? estetik duyarlılık kazanma?, ?yaratıcı kişilik? çerçevesindeoluşturulmuştur.Estetik eğitimi bölümünde bireyin estetik eğitiminin nasıl geliştiği, estetikkavramının ne anlama geldiği konularında açıklamalar getirilmeye çalışılmıştır.Sanatsal yaratmaları şekillendiren imge, sezgi, sembol konularına da değinilmiştir.Sanatın bir ihtiyaç bağlamında düşünülmesi yüksek bir uygarlık birikiminin birdeğeri olabilir. Bireylerde de bu bilinci geliştirmek,yaşamlarının her alanına, tümzamanlarına yaymak sorumluluğu eğitimcilere düşmektedir. Yaratıcılığın da,estetiğin de oluşabildiği yer sanat eğitimi dersleridir.Yaratıcılığın tartışıldığı son yıllarda, yaratıcı eğitimin nasıl olması gerektiğikonusundaki donanım bizi sanat eğitimi derslerine yönlendirir. Bilimsel çalışmalarında temelinde yaratıcılığın yattığını kabul edersek, sanat eğitimi ile gelişebilecekyaratıcı potansiyelin de önemine varmış oluruz.Sanat eğitiminin ilköğretim sistemi ile desteklenmesi bireylerin gelişimi açısındanönemli olduğundan bu konu son bölümde açıklanmaya çalışılmıştır.Milli eğitimde Resim ş dersi genel amaçları kapsamında sanat eğitiminin bireye netür kazanımlar sağladığı ve yine bu çerçevede estetik duyarlılık, yaratıcılık ve sanateğitimi gibi kavramların ne anlama geldiği, kazanımlarının neler olduğu bu teziçeriğinde değerlendirilmeye çalışılmıştır.Sanat eğitiminin hedeflerini gerçekleştirecek olanlar, sanat eğitimcileridir veeğitimciler öncelikle alanında uzman ve uzman olduğu kadar da bu donanımıöğrenciye aktarabilecek yetiye ve deneyime sahip bireyler olabilmelidir. Alanınahakim sanat eğitimcileri, gerekli bilinçlendirmeleri yaparak sanat eğitiminingerekliliğini, önemini, yararını bireylere benimsetebilmelidir.

It?s very important to understand the gains of art education, to know what it is as a humanconsciousness rather than the description of art if the matter of question is art education. It?s areality to carry the responsibilities of solving problems and completing the lack of arteducation in such a position. We still discuss the importance of it in general education system.In the historical development since the foundation of Turkish Republic section, the arteducation and modernization of community and the changes for the enforcement of arteducation philosophy suits purposes.Within the foundation of Turkish Republic, with the leadership of Great Leader Atatürk, it?semphasized the importance of art education for an individual of community, it is thought, aneducation system without an art education would not help the modernization of community inthat period. For this purpose, necessary studies were done.In historical period, related to the economical and cultural conditions, art education tookplace in education system, since the beginning of technological developments, purposes aredefined as ? achieving a communal existence ?, ? consciousness of being human ?, ?achieving ( gaining ) aesthetical sensitivity?, ? creative personality?. But if we had understoodthe meanings of those purposes, we would not still be discussing the importance of arteducation.aesthetics as a part of art education is an education that helps the aesthetics consciousness,viewpoint of an artist. Qualities of the human being by discussing of aesthetics as a science ofbeauty, reasons of being beautiful when we say ? this table is beautiful ? .You can figure out, the scope of drawing lessons in national education system is the gains ofart education to individuals also the meaning of terms like aesthetical sensitivity, creativity,art education, in this thesis.The main purposes of art education are identifying and improving of creativity potentials,thinking free and realizing these thoughts.The man who will perform an art education is an art educationalist. These educationalistsmust have ability to teach and have experiences as well as being expert in their fields. Theproblems in art education will be solved and improved by these educationalists.By this way, we would not be discussing the necessity of art education but we would makeit a part of our life.
