Özet
Arastırmada Türk-Alman Eğitim Sistemlerinde, ilköğretim okullarında Sosyal Bilgiler dersi konuları karsılastırılarak, benzer ve farklı yönleri tespit edilmeye çalısılmıstır. Önce her iki sistemin genel yapısı ve isleyisi hakkında bilgi verilmekte ve daha sonra her iki sistemde sosyal bilgiler konuları irdelenmeye çalısılmaktadır. Yapılan arastırmanın sonucunda, Almanya'da eğitim faaliyetlerini Eyaletler ile Merkezî yönetimin birlikte yürüttüğü, Merkezî yönetimin eğitim faaliyetlerinde çok fazla söz sahibi olmadığı, bu konuda Eyaletlerin eğitim faaliyetlerinde ağırlıklı olarak etkin olduğu görülmektedir. Diğer yandan her iki ülkenin farklı okul programlarının olması, ders konularında da farklılıklara yol açmaktadır. Sosyal Bilgiler dersleri Alman eğitiminde branslastırılarak verilmektedir. Tarih, coğrafya ayrı birer ders olarak islenmektedir. Hatta 9. sınıfta ve diğer üst kademelerde sosyal bilgiler dersi, tarih ve coğrafya dersinin yanı sıra ayrı bir ders olarak verilmektedir. Arastırmada bu ders konularında benzerlikler olsa da, farklılıklar daha fazladır. Sonuç olarak; tüm Türkiye Cumhuriyeti'nde tek bir eğitim sistemi mevcuttur. Ama Türkiye büyük topraklara sahip bir ülkedir. Ve bölgeler arası coğrafî farklıklar görülmektedir. Merkezî eğitim sisteminin yanı sıra, her bölgeye, o bölgenin doğal yapısı, tarihi konumu, ekonomisi vb. ilgili ayrı bir ders ve ayrı bir ders saati konulmalıdır. Böylece özellikle kırsal alanlardaki çocuklar ilk önce kendi çevresini tanıyacaklar ve sonra da diğer bölgeleri tanıyarak daha verimli ders isleyeceklerdir.

In the study, , the subjects of social sciences in Turkish ?German Educational Systems in primary schools have been compared and similarities and differences were tried to be detected. First, information about the general aspects of the two systems and their processes are given, and then social subjects in both systems are studied deeply. As a result of the study, it is seen that the educational activities in Germany are executed by both the states and federal administration and the federal administration has no big role in educational activities in the states whereas the states have important roles. Since both countries have different school programs, the subjects differ from each other?s. Subjects in social sciences are taught as different branch in German Educational System. History and geography are taught as divided lessons. Even in 9th grade, social sciences are performed separately from history and geography. Although the subjects are similar to each other, the differences are excessive according to the study. In conclusion, In Turkey, only unique educational system exists but it has vast areas of land and the regions vary in terms of geographical characteristics. Subjects about the natural peculiarities, historical facts, economies etc. of the regions should be added to the curriculum and taught in addition to the central education. By doing the abovementioned, children especially in rural areas get enough knowledge about their environments and later, they get to know about the others so the lessons are processed more productively by taking it into consideration.
