In addition to relating basic anatomy and physiology of the voice, this study presentsa synthesis that defines the soprano?s characteristic vocal particularities and it alsohas the aim of enabling the female singer-to-be to get consciousness with her ownpotential both for good orientation and education. The object of the content and thevocal exercises presented here is to help her find the elements that are totallyappropriate for her voice or to develop new ones according to her progression.Subjects described and considered in this thesis are analyzed as: basics of phonation,resonance and breath control, definition of the soprano voice, general attitudes aboutvoice classification and soprano categories, identification of the registers of thesoprano voice and the building process. In order not to mislead the student, personalremarks and comments have essentially been avoided. All information treated in thisthesis has been gathered through a detailed study of various resources.
