Globalization brings us new rules to obey consciusly or unconsciously. Nothing we experience, see or now remains as in the past. Everything changes and what we can do is to pace with. The first part of the thesis explains what“the new normal”is. This is a new ear that we all experinece, but not be aware. And this is one of the results of globalization. Being aware of this change makes the individual to be able to success. In the second part, resembling each other, and the new rules of the rivalry are examined. In such a world where everything is the same, being different is so important to be alive and this is a hard, but a must be experienced process. In the third part, the successful companies are examined. The faults of the unsuccessful companies are listed as resisting the change and insisting on being the same. In the new era it is impossible to be alive without being fast. In the last part, it is written hor the new normal is significant in public relations and corporate communication. Everything is replaced with the better one with an incredible speed. The technological changes make our lives easier, but they also make our lives harder to live. Speed has the highest importance in every aspect of life. Therefore, from now on, this is the rule of new era: Survival Of The Fastest".
