Özet
Bu tezde, 2-aminoimidazolinler kiral ve kiral olmayan amin bileşikleri ile 2-metilmerkapto-4,5-dihidroimidazol hidroiyodür'ün nükleofilik sübstitüsyon reaksiyonundan sentezlendi. Sentez, çözücülü, çözücüsüz ve basınçlı ortamlarda sıcaklık-basınç kontrollü mikrodalga cihazı kullanılarak gerçekleştirildi. İlk defa, 2-aminoimidazolinlerin mikrodalga destekli yeni bir sentezi neat şartlar altında mükemmel verimlerle başarıldı. (1H-benzimidazol-2-il)(4,5-dihidro-1H-imidazol-2-il) amin hidroiyodür'ün sentezi hem geleneksel hemde mikrodalga destekli metodlarla gerçekleştirildi. (1H-benzimidazol-2-il)(4,5-dihidro-1H-imidazol-2-il) amin, (1H-benzimidazol-2-il)(4,5-dihidro-1H-imidazol-2-il) amin hidroiyodür ile trietilamin'nin reaksiyonundan serbest baz olarak izole edildi. (1H-benzimidazol-2-il)(4,5-dihidro-1H-imidazol-2-il) amin'in Mannich türevleri amino metilleme reaksiyonu ile hazırlandı. Bu bileşiğin allil, benzil ve benzoil türevleri farklı halojen bileşiklerinin nükleofilik sübstitüsyon reaksiyonu ile elde edildi. Ayrıca, (1H-benzimidazol-2-il)(4,5-dihidro-1H-imidazol-2-il)amin'in regioselektif davranışı LC-MS tekniği kullanılarak araştırıldı. (1H-benzimidazol-2-il)(4,5-dihidro-1H-imidazol-2-il) amin'in 1H-NMR spektrumları bazı fiziksel parametreleri hesaplamak için 223-333 K sıcaklık aralığında alındı.

In this thesis, 2-aminoimidazolines were synthesized by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of 2-methyl mercapto-4,5-dihydroimidazole hydroiodide with chiral and achiral amine compounds. The synthesis were carried out by using temperature-pressure controlled microwave apparatus with various conditions such as, solvent, solvent-free and pressure mediums. For the first time, the new microwave-assisted synthesis of 2-aminoimidazolines has been achieved in excellent yield under neat reaction conditions. The synthesis of (1H-benzimidazole-2-yl)(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-2-yl) amine hydroiodide were carried out both conventional and microwave-assisted methods. (1H-benzimidazole-2-yl)(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-2-yl) amine was isolated as free base from the reaction (1H-Benzimidazole-2-yl)(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-2-yl) amine hydroiodide with triethylamine. The Mannich derivatives of (1H-benzimidazole-2-yl)(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-2-yl) amine were prepareted with amino methylation reaction. Allyl, benzyl and benzoyl derivatives were obtained by the nucleophilic substitution reaction of various halogene compounds. The regioselective behaviour of (1H-benzimidazole-2-yl)(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-2-yl) amine was investigated by using LC-MS technique. 1H-NMR spectra of compound (1H-Benzimidazole-2-yl)(4,5-dihydro-1H-imidazole-2-yl) amine were taken between 223-333 K temperatures to calculated some physical parameters.
