Özet
-60- SUMMARY The field trial was conducted with two durum wheat cutivars (T. durum Desf. v. apiculum Korn. ) (Balcali-S5 and 6ediz-75) in 89-1990 growing season two different water- treatment were used (irrigated and nonirr igated) and N- ?f o liar aplication during grain filling stage. During the grain filling periods leaf area, dry matter and distribution with grain developing duration were studied. Also the flag leaf and other characters leaves were avaluated. The flag leaf area was 14 % higher for Gediz-75 then Balcali-85 during one week after anthesis. While after two weeks from anthesis the leaf area was similar in both cultivars with 17.1 cm35. At the beginning of grain filling, N-foliar fertilization were not caused senescence of flag leaf. Genotypes were respond for two treatment of water thus N were similar in both cultivars. The results shows that the leaf area of remainder leaves were not different in both cultivars. But the possitive effect of irrigation was to extent effective period of remainder leaves area during grain filling period. It was found that during the grain growing period flag leaf dry matter were not significantly different, however, were lower in the Ged i 2-75 than Bal call -85. Effects of water and flag leaf dry matter production were started throught effective grain filling stage. While irrigated of water were decrease flag leaf dry matter loss. Application of N treatment on leaves did not change flag leaf dry matter production. Remainder leaf dry matter production were not different in both cutivars. Thus effects of treatments of water and N together on remainder leaves dry matter production were not determinate. There were simmilar result in the upper internod weight (UIW) at the begining but, there was dif ferentat ion (UIW) after 3rd weeks from anthesis (depending an the irrigation).ÜSKM ağırlığı yönünden başlangıçta benzer değerler gösteren çeşitler, H3* den itibaren sulama uygulamasına bağlı alarak önemli farklar göstermiştir. Azotun yaprak gübrelemesi şeklinde uygulanması ile ÜSKM ağırlıklarına önemli bir etkide bulunmamıştır. Diğer sap kurumadde (DSKM) ağırlıkları yönünden çiçeklenmeden 2 hafta sonra benzerlik gösteren çeşitlerde yaslanma ile birlikte önemli farklılıklar ortaya çıkmıştır. Yapılan sulama ve N~yaprak uygulamaları alt sapların kurumadde ağırlıklarında önemli bir değişikliğe neden olmamıştır. Olgunlukta saptanan başak ağırlıkları yönünden çeşitler benzer değerler göstermiştir. Dane büyümesi esnasında başak kurumadde ağırlıkları yönünden çeşitlerde, azot uygulamasına belirgin bir tepki saptanmam ist ir. Bu dönemde sulama uygulaması, başak kurumadde ağırlığının 2.25 g' dan 2.67 g'a yükselmesi sonucunu doğurmuştur. Olgunluk döneminde (K6) çeşitler arasındaki toplam kurumadde yönünden fark bulunmamıştır. Sulamanın kurumadde üretiminde % 9 oranında artış sağladığı saptanmış, azotun ise TKM miktarına etki etmemiştir. Olgunluk dönemine kadar ortalama dane ağırlığı, Balcalı-85 çeşidinde Gediz-75'e göre sürekli daha yüksek değerler göstermiştir» Olgunlukta ise çeşitler ortalama dane ağırlığı yönünden benzer değerler göstermiştir. Uygulanan azot, dane ağırlıklarına önemli bir etkide bulunmazken; sulaması: koşullar altında her iki çeşitte de dane büyümesi HA ' de büyük ölçüde tamamlamırken, sulamalı koşullar altında en az bir hafta daha. devam ederek sonuçta dane büyüklüğü yönünden istatistiksel anlamda farklar lar in ortaya çıkmasına neden olmuştur. Gediz-85 çeşidinin başak verimi ortalama 1.97 g" la Balcalı-85 çeşidine göre yaklaşık 7. S daha yüksek bulunmuştur. Gediz-75 çeşidinde başak başına dane sayısı ve fert il-61- N-foliar application did not significantly change (UIW) dry matter production. The possitive effect of N to spike weight during grain growing period were not recorded» Irrigation treatment increased spike dry matter from 2.25 to 2.6 g. At the full maturity there were not differences total dry matter production. Notice also the irrigation increased 9 7. total dry matter but N did not. The avarage grain dry weight till full maturity were he i g her in Balcali~85 than Bed i 2-75. However, at full maturity grain dry weight were similar result in both cultivars. While, under irrigation treatment increased 1000 grain weight o-f two cultivars during at the week period. It was found that spike yield of 6edir:~73 were 8 V. higher than Balcal i-85. Moreover, grain number per spike and fertile spikelet number were higher in Gediz-75. 1000 grain weight and other spike characters were similar in both cultivars. The effects af N was not significant on grain weight as comparised with water treatment.
