Özet
Bu çalışmada pentaflorofenil gruplarının para pozisyonundaki flor atomlarının seçici nükleofilik yerdeğiştirme reaksiyonuna imkan vermesinden yararlanarak periferal konumlarda 4-[2',3',5',6'?tetrafloro-4'-(2-dimetilaminoetantiyo) benziloksi] grupları içeren metalli ve metalsiz ftalosiyaninlerin sentezi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışma iki aşamadan oluşmaktadır. İlk aşamada öncelikle 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzil alkol ve 4- nitroftalonitrilin DMF içerisindeki nükleofilik sübstitüsyonu sonucunda 4-(2',3',4',5',6'-pentaflorobenziloksi) ftalonitril (2) sentezlenmiştir. (2) bileşiğinin dimetilaminoetantiyol ile nükleofilik sübstitüsyon reaksiyonu sonucunda para pozisyonunda N,N-dimetilaminoetantiyol grubu içeren tetraflorobenziloksi ftalonitril türevi (3) elde edilmiştir. 3 bileşiğinin uygun metal tuzu ile DMF içerisindeki siklotetramerizasyonu yoluyla da Zn (II) ftalosiyanin türevi sentezlenmiştir. Çalışmanın ikinci kısmında ise 2 nolu bileşiğin literatüre göre sentezlenen ftalosiyanin komplekslerinin DMF içerisinde dimetilaminoetantiyol ile sübstitüsyon reaksiyonu sonucunda 4-[2',3',5',6'?tetrafloro-4'-(2-dimetilaminoetantiyo)benziloksi] sübstitüe Zn(II), Ni(II) ve metalsiz ftalosiyanin türevleri sentezlenmiştir.

In this work, it is aimed to synthesize metal-free and metallo phthalocyanines containing 4-[2?,3?,5?,6??tetrafluoro-4?-(2-dimethylaminoethanethio)benzyloxy] groups at peripheral positions by the regioselective nucleophilic substitution reaction of the para-fluorine atom. In the first part of the study, 4-( 2?, 3?, 4?, 5?, 6?-pentafluorobenzyloxy)phthalonitrile (2) was obtained by nucleophilic substitution of 4-nitrophthalonitrile with 2,3,4,5,6-pentafluorobenzyl alcohol in DMF. Tetrafluorobenzyloxy phthalonitrile derivative 3 was synthesized by nucleophilic substitution of (2) with N,N-dimethylaminoethanethiol in DMF. Zn (II) phthalocyanine was synthesized directly by cyclotetramerisation of 3 in the presence of the corresponding metal-salt in DMF. In the second part of the study, 4-[2?,3?,5?,6??tetrafluoro-4?-(2-dimethylaminoethanethio)benzyloxy] substituted Zn (II), Ni (II) and metal-free phthalocyanine complexes were synthesized by substitution reaction of phthalocyanines synthesized from compound 2 according to the relevant literature with N,N-dimethylaminoethanethiol in DMF.
