Özet
Bu çalışmada Senecio (Asteraceae) cinsine ait 6 endemik taksonun gövde ve yaprak anatomilerinin özellikleri incelenmiştir. Senecio castagneanus DC, Senecio cariensis Boiss., Senecio cilicius Boiss., Senecio sandrasicus PH, Senecio tauricolus VA Matthews yaprakları amfistomatik tipte olup, Senecio hypochionaeus Boiss. subsp. lazicus hipostomatik tip yaprak özelliği göstermektedir. Altı türde de stomaların amaryllis tipte oldukları ve komşu hücrelerinin durumuna göre anomositik özellik gösterdikleri tespit edilmiştir. Altı Senecio cinsine ait tür de bifasiyal (dorsiventral) tip yaprak özelliğindedir.

In this study anatomical characters of stems and leaves of six species of genus Senecio (Asteraceae) has been examined. The leaves of Senecio castagneanus DC, Senecio cariensis Boiss., Senecio cilicius Boiss., Senecio sandrasicus PH, Senecio tauricolus VA Matthews are amphistomatic type but the leaves of Senecio hypochionaeus Boiss. subsp. lazicus are showed hypostomatic type of leaf charateristics. In six species stomata are amaryllis type and according to position of neighbour cells they showed anomositic characteristic. In the leaves of six Senecio species are bifacial type.
