Özet

Defli'de Apollon tapınağı; üzerinde masum bir yazı : `Kendini tanı'. İşte aktörlük sanatının kavramsal temeli.Tüm bu araştırma boyunca bir sürü terimle karşılaşılacak, yapılması gereken bir sürü aşama görülecektir. İdea, üstün amaç, amaçlar, istekler, coşku belleği? Bunları kusursuz bir şekilde araştırmak, yazarı ve rejisörü anlamak bir aktörün ödevidir. Hepsi de Stanislavski'nin bahsettiği `rolü yaşama' için yapılmalıdır ve yapılmak zorundadır. Bunlara rağmen bir aktörün esas görevi nihayetinde ?yapmak?!İşte bu metin okuması boyunca görülecekler; bir aktörün sahnede rolü yaşamak için sırayla yapması gerekenlerdir. Rolün fiziksel eylem analizini yapmak, bunları kanıtlamak, sihirli eğerler aracılığıyla doğru soruları, doğru sırada sormak ilk adımdır. Rolün dokusunu oluşturan duyguları kendinde keşfetmek, onun çizgisi içerisinde kendini tahlil etmek ve bulunanları eyleme dökmek yani kendini tanımak ise ikinci aşamadır. Bu aşamalar çalışma boyunca F. Durrenmatt'ın `Fizikçiler' adlı oyunu çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilecek ve `Newton' karakteri üzerinde uygulanacaktır.Tüm bunlardan sonra sahneye çıkacak rol iyi de olabilir kötü de, çirkin de olabilir güzel de ancak doğru olacağına şüphe yoktur.

Özet (Çeviri)

?Know yourself" is; an innocent motto written over the portico of one of the temples of the oracle of Apollo at Delphi. Here is the conceptual basis of acting.A lot of terms and many steps to be done are encountered in this written form of this thesis. Idea, superior goal, aims, wishes, emotional memory? It is the duty of an actor to accomplish a comprehensive study on these concepts and to understand the author as well as the director. All the as called activities should be done and considered as ?living through? addressed by Stanislavski. Eventually ?to-do? is the principle duty of an actor!In this study what an actor needs to follow orderly to live the acting in scene is seen. The first step is to analyze the physical action of the acting, to prove the results of analysis and to ask accurate consecutive questions by means of magical ?if?s. Exploring the emotion which constitute the texture of acting in your mood, analyzing yourself within its own ruling and then making action, i.e. ?knowing yourself? is the next step. In this study the steps are methodically shown in the frame of play ?Physicians? by F. Durrenmatt and applied on the character ?Newton?.The performance to be appeared in scene would be good, bad or ugly but there is no doubt it is true.
