Özet
Bu araştırma; genel liselerde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin okul ve okul yönetimi, öğretmenleri, kendi ve arkadaşlarıyla yaşadıkları çatışmaların nedenlerini öğrenci görüşleri doğrultusunda belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır.Betimsel bir çalışma olan araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak iki bölümden oluşan bir anket uygulanmıştır. Anketin birinci bölümüne öğrencilerin bireysel özelliklerini belirten sorulara, ikinci bölümde öğrencilerin yaşadıkları çatışmaların nedenlerini belirlemeye yönelik sorulara yer verilmiştir.Araştırmanın örnekleminini 2008-2009 öğretim yılında Kayseri ili merkez ilçelerde genel liselere devam eden 510 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Anket maddeleri ve değişkenler arasındaki farkı belirlemek üzere ki kare analiz yönteminden yararlanılmıştır.Araştırmanın sonucunda elde edilen bulgular şu şekilde özetlenebilir: Öğrenciler okulda karar alma sürecine katılamadıklarında ve özgürlükleri kısıtlandığında, ihtiyaçları karşılanmadığında, karşı cinsle olan arkadaşlık ilişkilerine müdahale edildiğinde, kendilerini ifade edemediklerinde, yeteneklerine değer verilmediğinde, ailelerinin eğitim seviyesi ve maddi olanaklarının kısıtlı olmasından dolayı çatışma yaşadıkları görülmüştür.Genel liselerde öğrenim gören öğrencilerin okul ve okul yönetimiyle, öğretmenleri, kendi ve arkadaşları ile yaşadıkları çatışmaların nedenleri ; cinsiyete, öğrenim görülen alana, sınıf düzeyine, annenin ve babanın eğitim düzeyine, ailenin gelir düzeyi değişkenine göre farklılık göstermektedir.

This research is made in order to state the reason of conflicts that the students studying in general hıgh school experience with the school and school management, their teachers, themselves and their friends by their ideas.In the research which is a descriptive work a poll consisting of 2 parts is applied as the data collecting means. In the first part of the poll questions about the individual qualities of the students, in the second part questions about the reasons of the conflicts that students experience are asked.The chosen students for the research consist of the 510 students that go to the general hıgh schools in the central towns of the city of Kayseri in the 2008-2009 academic year. In order to state the difference between the research items and the changes (ki square analysis) method is used.The results at the and of the research can be summarized as : The students experience conflicts because of the scarcity of their parents? budget and low level of their parents? education, if the students are not given importance to their abilities, when they cannot express themselves, when they are restricted wıth their friendship with the opposite sex, when their needs are not supplied, when their freedom is limited and when these students do not take part in the deciding process in the school.The reasons of the conflicts that students studying in general high schools experience with the school and the school management, their teachers, themselves and their friends, change according to their gender, their educational field, the level of their class, the education level of their parents, the income of the family.Key words ;General high school,Conflicts, Reasons of conflicts.
