Özet

Uluslar arası finansal raporlama ve muhasebe standart metinlerinin uzun ve karmaşık yapısı , uygulayıcıların ve ilgililerin ,standartlara uyum sürecini geciktirmektedir.Bu ihtiyaçtan dolayı, standartların daha kolay anlaşılabilir ve uygulanabilir olması için ülkemizde çeşitli çalışmalar ve araştırmalar yapılmaktadır. Bu çalışmamızda da, Uluslar arası Muhasebe Standartları ile tam uyumlu Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları; daha kolay ve daha hızlı anlaşılır bir şekilde özetlenmiştir. Ayrıca Türkiye Muhasebe Standartlarına uyum ve uygulama sürecinde ; kolayca anlaşılabilir ve kolayca uygulanabilir örnekler sunulmuştur.Diğer yandan Tek düzen Muhasebe Sistemi diğer ifade ile Muhasebe Sistemi Uygulama Genel Tebliği ile Türkiye Muhasebe Standartları arasındaki farklılıklara değinilmiş ve uyumlaştırma önerilerinde bulunulmuştur.Son olarak da Türkiye'de yürürlükte olan Tek düzen Hesap Planına, Türkiye Muhasebe Standartlarının etkisi, hesap kodu bazında tespit edilerek örnek bir hesap planı önerilmiştir.

Özet (Çeviri)

The long and complex structure of the international financial reporting and accounting standard texts delay the harmonisation period of the implementers and those concerned for the standards. On account of this need, various works and researches are carried out in our country in order that these standards could be understood more easily and be applicable. Turkish Accounting Standards, which are full compatible with the International Accounting Standards, have been summarised in this work of ours in a way that these could be understood more easily and faster. Additionally; samples, which can be understood easily and be applied easily during the harmonisation and application process for the Accounting Standards of Turkey, have been presented. On the other hand, the differences between the Unified Accounting System or in other words, between the General Communique on Accounting System Application and the Turkish Accounting Standards have been referred to and suggestions have been made for the harmonisation. As the last point, the effect of the Turkish Accounting Standards on the Unified Accounting System, which is valid in Turkey, had been determined in account code basis and a sample account planning has been suggested.
