Özet
Bu çalışma, Ziziphora cinsinin Türkiye'de yetişen taksonları üzerinde morfolojik ve anatomik araştırmaları içermektedir. Türkiye Florası'nda Ziziphora cinsi 5 tür ve 6 taksonla (Z. clinopodioides Lam., Z. capitata L., Z. persica Bunge, Z. tenuior L., Z. taurica Bieb. subsp. taurica, Z. taurica Bieb. subsp. cleonioides (Boiss.) Davis ) temsil edilmektedir. Bu taksonlardan sadece Z. taurica subsp. cleonioides endemik olup endemizm oranı yaklaşık % 17 dir.Morfolojik çalışmalarda türlerin ayrıntılı deskripsiyonları verilip, bitkilerin genel görünüşleri, yaprak, brakte, brakteol, kaliks, korolla, stamen, ovaryum ve tohum şekilleri ilave edilmiştir. Türkiye florasındaki deskripsiyonlardaki eksiklikler bu çalışma ile giderilmiştir. Ayrıca mikromorfolojik çalışmalarda trikom ve tohum yüzeyi incelenmiştir. Taksonlar arasındaki morfolojik karakterler hem Türkiye Florasına göre hem de kendi aralarında karşılaştırmalı olarak tablolar halinde sunulmuştur.Anatomik çalışmalarda türlerin kök, gövde, yaprak ve petiyolleri ışık mikroskobunda ayrıntılı olarak incelenmiş ve mikrofotoğrafları çekilerek çizimlerle desteklenmiştir. Anatomik sonuçlarda, taksonlara ait kök ve gövde kesitlerinin anatomik yapılarında belirgin bir farklılık görülmezken, yaprak ve petiyollerden alınan kesitlerin orta damar bölgesindeki iletim demetlerinde anatomik farklılıklar görülmektedir.Bunlara ilave olarak cinsin tüy, tohum ve polen morfolojisi LM ve SEM mikroskoplarında incelenmiştir. Tüy örtüsü, örtü (A tip) ve salgı (B, C1 ve C2) tüylerinden oluşmaktadır. Tohum morfolojisinde tohum yüzeyi ornamentasyonu çalışılan taksonlarda retikulat olarak belirlenmiştir. Tohum dorsal yüzeyinde sırt çizgisinin Z. tenuior ve Z. taurica subsp. taurica' da olmayışı bu taksonları diğerlerinden ayırt etmede kullanılabilecek bir karakterdir. Polen morfolojisinde, polenler hekzakolpat, izopolar, polen şekli prolat ve ornamentasyon tipleri; biretikulat, biretikulat-perforat, mikroretikulat ve mikroretikulat-perforat olarak tespit edilmiştir. Sitogenetik çalışmalarda kromozom sayısı belirlenmiş ve 2n=16,18 olarak sayılmıştır.

This study includes the morphological and anatomical researches on the taxa of genus, Ziziphora L. growing in Turkey. Ziziphora genus are represented with 5 species and 6 taxa (Z. clinopodioides Lam., Z. capitata L., Z. persica Bunge, Z. tenuior L., Z. taurica Bieb. subsp. taurica, Z. taurica Bieb. subsp. cleonioides (Boiss.) Davis ) in Turkish Flora. Only Z. taurica subsp. cleonioides of these taxa are endemic and endemism rate is approximately 17%.In morphologic studies, the detailed descriptions of species have been given and the general views of plants, leaf, bract, bracteol, calyx, corolla, stamen, ovarium and seed shapes have been added. The lack of descriptions on Turkish Flora have been dealt with this study. Moreover, the surface of trichom and seed have been examined in micromorphological studies. The morphological characters between the taxa have been presented with charts according to Turkish Flora and comparatively among each other, as well.In anatomical studies; the root, stem, leaf and petioles have been examined under light microscope in details, their microphotographs have been taken and supported with drawings. In anatomical results, there is almost no marked difference in anatomical structures of the roots and stems? cross sections belonged to taxa, however, anatomical differences are clear in vascular bundles present in median veins of the cross sections taken from the leaves and petioles.In addition to these, the morphology of the genus, the trichom, seed and pollen have been examined under the microscopes LM and SEM. Trichomes are consisted of a eglandular (A type) and glandular (B, C1 and C2 types). In seed morphology, the ornamentation of the seed surface has been determined as reticulate in the studied taxa. In the seed dorsal surface, the absence of ridge lines on Z. tenuior and Z. taurica subsp. taurica is a characteristic to be used in distinguishing these taxa from the others. In pollen morphology; pollens have been determined as hexacolpate, isopolar-pollen shapes are as prolat and ornamentation types are as bireticulat, bireticulate-perforate, microreticulat and microreticulate-perforate. In sitogenetic studies, chromosome amount has been determined and counted as 2n=16,18.
