Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmen adaylarının Okul Deneyimi dersi kapsamında karşılaştığı sorunları belirlemek ve bu sorunların giderilmesi için çözüm önerileri geliştirmektir. Araştırma 2010- 2011 eğitim öğretim yılı güz döneminde Bolu ili Abant İzzet Baysal Üniversitesi, Sosyal Bilgiler öğretmenliği son sınıf öğrencilerinden yirmi öğretmen adayına, fakültedeki Okul Deneyimi dersini yürüten bir öğretim elemanına, uygulama okullarındaki beş uygulama öğretmenine ve Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü'ndeki bu organizasyonu sağlayan bir yöneticiye uygulanmıştır.Araştırmaya, öğretmen adaylarının (ön ve son görüşme), öğretim elemanının, uygulama öğretmenlerinin ve yöneticinin olmak üzere, uygulamanın bütün basamaklarında yer alan, dört farklı bakış açısından alınan görüşlerle, dört farklı kategoride incelemeler yapılmıştır.Araştırmanın temel amacına ulaşmak üzere, nitel araştırma yöntemi seçilmiş ve görüşme yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Her kategori için ayrı ayrı hazırlanmış olan yarı-yapılandırılmış görüşme formu ile veriler toplanmıştır. Verilerin analizinde içerik analizi ve betimsel analiz teknikleri kullanılmıştır.Araştırmanın bulguları her kategoride kendi içinde ayrı ayrı yorumlanmış ve en son karşılaştırmalar ile sonuçlara ulaşılmıştır. Araştırmada, Okul Deneyimi dersinin yararlı olduğu fakat birçok açıdan eksikleri olduğu ve gereken önemi görmediği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sonuçlar bize öğretmen adaylarındaki, danışmanlık yapan öğretim elemanındaki ve uygulama öğretmenlerindeki, sistemdeki düzeltilmesi ve önemsenmesi gereken eksiklikleri göstermiştir.

The aims of this study are to identify the problems of preservice teachers within the scope of school experience course and offer solutions to overcome the problems. This research was conducted in Abant İzzet Baysal University, Social Sciences Teaching at 2011-2012 Fall term. The study was conducted with 20 participants who are senior students, an instructor who menitors School Experience course at Abant İzzet Baysal University Social Sciences Department and 5 teachers at local teaching practise schools, and the administrative staff who has made this organization at Ministry of National Education.In this research study, pre and post interviews with preservice teachers were made at beginning and after school experience course. In addition similar interviews were conducted with the instructor, administrator and the 4 practice teachers at one time througt out the semester the analysis of the interview data was made by applying contend analysis and descriptive analysis techniques. Opinions of preservice teachers and school teachers were first coded and then similar codes were classified until the data were organized. The interview data of the administrator were only descriptived instecal of content analysis.The findings of the research were presented in four category preservice teachers, administrative, instructor, practice teachers. The results of the study indicated that the School Experience course is advantageous and meaningful, however the course has not been manitered effectively by both school teachers and the instructor.The results show us the lacks which should be reorganised and noticed of the system, preservice teachers, the lecturer who is advisor, and the practice teachers.
