131 SUMMARY Kur' an and hadith which are two basic source of îslâm rules basic principles for slution of our problems. It fixes general principles in stead of certain solution on model events. The cause of this isin appear- ence of new event to obtain large practicabilty to musleme. Because of disundrstanding of this basic principles muslems couldn't stard to make laws individual and collective work law. îslâm wants the profit of the capital as much as defence of right of labour. In îslâm law there isn't employee-employer difference and“em ployee”nation was larger than today's law. Employee-employer re lations were not stiduated on selfishness, grudge and revege it was sit uated on brotherhood law. About price which is the most important employee-employer dis agreement, îslâm lawyers had given importance senstively and took price protector money, finance and a row of social politic procations.“Minimum pirice”topic was given importance, was givin right so lutions by Islamic lawyers. In addition two basic price which will be enough for himself/herself and his/her cation and skills. A price under standing like this strike and lock-out will be a problem only in capital ist goverment, it is not going to be our problem. The money which is cut from employees' price can be used for es- tablising source of finance and using it for giving retire prize retire price etc in îslâm. According to these basic principles, to from em ployee-employer peace a law must be formed and it must be done in a succesful manner.
