Özet
Ekonomik güçlük dönemlerinin, işverenin işçilerine karşı en önemli borçları üzerine etkilerini incelediğimiz bu tezimizde, ulaşılmak istenen amaç Türk İş Hukuku alanında bu durumun önem arz eden hususlarını araştırmak ve bu konuyla alakadar kişiler için bir rehber oluşturmaktır. Tezimizin ilk bölümünde, ekonomik güçlük dönemleri ve bunun etkileri, ikinci bölümünde işverenin işverme borcu ve nihayetinde üçüncü bölümde ise işverenin ücret ödeme borcu ele alınmıştır.Anahtar kelime : Ekonomik Zorluklar, İşverme Borcu, Ücret Ödeme Borcu.

In this thesis we research, the effects of the economic straits on the most important liabilities of the employers against their employees, the aim to be reached is to investigate the serious points of this situation on the Turkish Labour Law and to be a guide for the people concerned in this subject. In the first section of this thesis, the period of recession and its general effects, in the second section, the employing liability of the employers and finally in the third section the payment liability of the employers shall be examined.Key words : Economic Straits, Payment Liability, Employing Liability.
