Özet

Çalışma Selçuk Üniversitesi Ziraat Fakültesi Bahçe Bitkileri Bölümüne ait sebze araştırma seralarında yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada bitkisel materyal olarak Bitez marul çeşidi kullanılmıştır. Denemede N (azot), O (oksin) ve N-O (azot-oksin) etkinliğini uyaran rizobakter solüsyonları kullanılmıştır. Yaprak (Y), kök (K) ve yaprak-kök (Y-K) bölgelerine yapılan uygulamalar ile rizobakterlerin marulda verim ve besin elementlerine etkisi incelenmiştir.Araştırma sonucunda N-O-K uygulaması ile kök yaş ağırlığına (56,25 g), baş çevresine (84 cm), kök uzunluğuna (17 cm), baş boyuna (32 cm), pazarlanabilir baş ağırlığına etkisi (431 gr) ve göbeklenme kalitesine etkisinde en iyi bulunmuştur. Ayrıca besin elementleri incelendiğinde azot ve kükürt içeriğinin O-K-Y uygulaması, fosfor içeriğinin N-O-K-Y uygulaması, potasyum içeriğinin N-O-K ve O-K uygulamaları, demir içeriğinin N-Y uygulaması, kalsiyum içeriğinin N-O-K ve N-O-K-Y uygulamaları, çinko içeriğinin N-K-Y ve O-Y uygulamaları, magnezyum içeriğinin N-K uygulaması ile en yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

The study is carried out at the Vegetable Research Greenhouses of Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Horticulture. The Bitez lettuce cultiver is used at the research. The solution of rhizobium bacterium which stimulates the activity of N (nitrogen), O (oksin), N-O (nitrogen-oksin) is used at the test. The effect on the yield, quality and nutrıent contens of lettuce is analysed by exercises implemented in L (leaf), R (root) and B (body).At the end of the study, the effect on the weight of root-fresh weight (56,25 gr), the size of the head (84 cm), the lenght of root (17 cm), the lenght of head (32 cm), the marketable head weight (431 gr), the quality of developing a heart were observed as perfect. Also, when the nutrient elements were analysed it was observed that: the content of nitrogen and sulfur are the form of O-K-Y, the content of phosphorus is the form of N-O-K-Y, the content of potassium is the forms of N-O-K and O-K, the content of iron is the form of N-Y, the content of calcium is the forms of N-O-K ad N-O-K-Y, the content of zinc is the forms of N-K-Y and O-Y and the content of magnesium is the form of N-K.
