Özet
Bu çalışmada, Coreus marginatus (Linnaeus, 1758)'un ergin erkek ve dişi üreme sisteminin anatomik ve histolojik yapısı, ışık mikroskobu ve taramalı elektron mikroskobu (SEM) ile incelendi. Bu incelemeler sonucunda, C. marginatus'un erkek üreme sisteminin, bir çift testis, bir çift vas deferens, bir çift seminal vesikül, ektodermal ve mezodermal yardımcı bezler, ejakülatör kese, ektodermal kese, kaslı bir ejakülatör kanal ve aedeagus'dan oluştuğu görülmüştür. Her bir testis, birbirine paralel olarak sıralanmış 7 folikülden oluşmaktadır. Bu foliküllerde 3 farklı zon (büyüme zonu, olgunlaşma zonu ve farklılaşma zonu) ayırt edilmiştir. Bu zonlarda, spermatogonyumlardan spermatozoa'ya hücre farklılaşması gözlenmiştir. C. marginatus'un dişi üreme sistemi ise bir çift ovaryum, bir çift lateral ovidukt, ortak ovidukt, vajina, yardımcı bezler ve spermatekadan oluşmaktadır. Her bir ovaryum, terminal filament, germaryum ve vitellaryumdan oluşan, 7 telotrofik-meroistik ovaryol içerir. C. marginatus spermatekası, bir spermatekal bulb, bir pompalama bölgesi, bir flange, spermatekal kanal ve sklerit yapıları ile karakterizedir. Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda C. marginatus'un erkek ve dişi üreme sistemindeki anatomik ve histolojik farklılıklar ortaya konmuştur.

In this study, the anatomical and histological structure of the adult male and female reproductive systems of Coreus marginatus (Linnaeus, 1758) were examined by light microscope and scanning electron microscope (SEM). As a result of these examinations, it has been seen that, the male reproductive system of C. marginatus consists of a pair of testes, a pair of vasa deferentia, a pair of seminal vesicles, ectodermal and mesodermal accessory glands, bulbus ejaculatorius, ectodermal sac, a single muscular ejaculatory duct and aedeagus. Each testis contains 7 follicles, which aligned parallel to one another. In this follicles, 3 different zones (growth zone, maturation zone and differentiation zone) are distinguished. In these zones, the cell differentiation from spermatogonia to spermatozoa was observed. The female reproductive system of C. marginatus consists of a pair of ovaries, a pair of lateral oviducts, common oviduct, vagina, accessory glands and spermatheca. Each ovary contains 7 telotrophic-meroistic ovarioles that consist of a terminal filament, germarium and vitellarium. The spermatheca of C. marginatus is characterized by a spermathecal bulb, a pumping region, a flange, spermathecal duct and sclerites. In the direction of results, the anatomical and histological differences in male and female reproductive systems of C. marginatus were revealed.
