Özet

V- ÖZET64 Bu çalışmada P.commutatum Fischer & C.Meyer subsp. euxinum Kade- reit ve P.rhoeas L türleri alkaloitleri yönünden incelenmiştir. P.commutatum subsp. euxinum, Ordu-Mesudiye ve Zonguldak-Keltepe olmak üzere iki ayrı bölgeden toplanmıştır. P.rhoeas ise Ordu-Mesudiye'den, P.commutatum subsp. euxinum ile aynı populasyondan toplanmıştır. Her iki türün de topraküstü kısımlarından tersiyer alkaloit ekstreleri elde edilmiş ve bu alkaloitler sütun kromatografisi ve preparatif ince tabaka kromatog- rafisi ile birbirinden ayrılmış ve saflaştırılmıştır. Elde edilen alkaloitlerin yapıları erime derecesi, ince tabaka kromatografi- sindeki Rf değerlerinin ve renk reaksiyonlarının şahit maddeler ile karşılaştırılma sı, spektral değerler (UV, İR, 1H-NMR ve EIMS) ve literatür verileri ile tayin edil miştir. Bu çalışmada, toplanan P.commutatum subsp. euxinum alkaloitleri yö nünden ilk defa incelenmiş ve Ordu-Mesudiye bölgesinden toplanan türden isocorydihe ana alkaloit olarak, rhoeagenine ve papaverrubine A ise minör alkalo itler olarak izole edilmiştir. Zonguldak-Keltepe'den toplanan aynı türden de ana al kaloit olarak isocorydine elde edilmiştir. Fakat minör alkaloitler, cheilanthifoline ve amurensinine, değişik olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Chielanthifoline ve amurensinine Rhoeades Bemh. seksiyonu için yeni al kaloitlerdir. Ayrıca amurensinine alkaloidinin dahil olduğu isopavin grubunun da yi ne bu seksiyon için yeni bir yapı olduğu saptanmıştır. Son olarak, P.commutatum subsp. euxinum ile aynı populasyondan top lanmış olan P.rhoeas'dan rhoeadine, isorhoeadine ve papaverrubine A ana alka loitler olarak izole edilmiştir.

66 In this study, the alkaloids of Papaver commutatum Fischer & C.Meyer subsp. euxinum Kadereit and P.rhoeas L. have been investigated. P.commutatum subsp. euxinum was collected from two different regions, Ordu-Mesudiye and Zonguldak-Keltepe. P.rhoeas was collected, from the same population of P.commutatum subsp. euxinum'm Ordu-Mesudiye. Tertiary alkaloid extracts were prepared from the aerial parts of the two species and these alkaloids were isolated and purified by column and preparative thin layer chromatographies. The structures of the alkaloids were confirmed by measuring their melting points, comparing their colour reactions and Rf values on thin layer chromatography with authentic samples, spectral datas (UV- IR, 1H-NMR and EIMS) and literature findings. In this study, P.commutatum subsp. euxinum was investigated for the first time for its alkaloids. Isocorydine was isolated as the major alkaloid and rhoeagenine and papaverrubine A were isolated as minor alkaloids from the plant collected from Ordu-Mesudiye region. Isocorydine was also isolated as the major alkaloid from the same plant collected from Zonguldak-Keltepe. But the minor alkaloids cheilanthifoline and amurensinine were different. Cheilanthifoline and amurensinine are new alkaloids for the section of Rhoeades Bernh. Additionally, an isoquinoline alkaloid group isopavin, including amurensinine, is also a new structure for this section. Finally, rhoeadine, isorhoeadine and papaverrubine A were isolated from P.rhoeas collected from the same population of P.commutatum subsp. euxinum as major alkaloids.
