Özet
Bu çalışma seçmenlerin siyasi tercihlerini etkileyen faktörler arasında verginin yerini görmek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Trabzon?da tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile belirlenen 384 kişi araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırmada verilerin toplanmasında yüz yüze görüşme yoluyla anket tekniğinden yararlanılmıştır. Anket formu; seçmenlere ilişkin demografik bilgiler, seçmenlerin siyasi tercihlerini etkileyen on faktör ve diğer faktörlere yönelik cümleler olmak üzere üç bölümden oluşmuştur. Seçmenlerin siyasi tercihlerini etkileyen diğer faktörlere yönelik cümlelere güvenilirlik ve faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada seçmenlerin siyasi tercihlerini etkileyen faktörlere yönelik görüşlerine ilişkin katılım durumlarına frekans analizi yapılmış, cinsiyet ve medeni durum değişkenlerine bağlı farklılıkların belirlenmesi için t-testi uygulanmıştır. Yaş, eğitim seviyesi, aylık gelir, meslek değişkenlerine bağlı farklılıkların belirlenmesi için One-Way Anova testi yapılmış, farklılığın hangi gruplardan kaynaklandığını tespit etmek için Tukey testi uygulanmıştır. Siyasi partilerin vergilere ilişkin uygulama ve vaadlerinin seçmenlerin siyasi tercihlerini dokuzuncu sırada etkilediği görülmüştür. Cinsiyet, eğitim seviyesi, aylık gelir ve meslek değişkenlerine göre; ?aile ve çevre?, ?vergi?, ?genel ekonomik görünüm? alt bölümlerinde istatistik açısından (p<0.05) düzeyinde anlamlı farklılıklar olduğu görülmüştür. Analiz sonuçlarına göre siyasi partilerin vergilere ilişkin uygulama ve vaadlerinin, seçmenlerin siyasi tercihlerini etkilediğini ancak uyma, geleneksellik ve güç temel kişisel değerlerinin etkilerinin öne çıkması dolayısıyla vergi faktörünün öncelik sıralamasında dokuzuncu sırada yer aldığı görülmüştür.

This study carried out to investigate what are the factors that affect the political preferences of voters and designate the chosen priority ranking of ten factors. 384 people were included in the study by the random sampling method in Trabzon. To collect the data, face to face interview survey technique was used in the research. The questionnaire consisted of three parts that demographic information for voters, ten factors affecting the political preferences of voters and other factors affecting the political preferences of voters. Sentences for other factors that affect the political preferences of voters was conducted by reliability and factor analysis. Frequency analysis was carried out on sentences that factors affecting the political preferences of voters. T-test was used to determine differences on the gender and marital status of variables. One-Way Anova test was used to determine differences on the age, education level, monthly income and occupation of demographic variables and Tukey?s test was used to determine which groups the difference stems from. Promises and applications of political parties on taxes were observed that they affect political preferences of voters in the ninth place. According to the gender, education level, monthly income and occupational variables, significant differences were observed in the level (p<0.05) in terms of statistics in the subsections of ?family and other environment?, ?tax? and ?the general economic outlook?. According to the results of analysis that the practice and those declarations of political parties on tax affect the political preferences of voters but tax of factor was ranked ninth in the ranking of priorities due to stand out conformity, tradition and power of basic personal values.
