Özet
Arazi düzenleme çalışmaları Türkiye'de 1961'den beri uygulanmaktadır. Sosyo - ekonomik yapının güçlendirilmesi ve kırsal alanın yeniden düzenlenmesinde geniş bir alan kapsayacak nitelikteki uygulamaların en aktifi olan bu çalışmaların hızlı bir şekilde bitirilmesi gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, Çavuşcugöl ve Dedemoğlu arazi düzenleme projelerinde ilk defa CPM ve PERT proje planlama yöntemleri uygulanarak sağladığı faydalar araştırılmıştır. Projelerdeki haritacılık faaliyetleri süre ve maliyet yönünden incelenerek, hızlandırılmış süre ve maliyet hesapları da yapılarak projelerin bitirilebileceği minimum süreye göre maliyet hesapları yapılmıştır. Projelerin uygulanmasında karşılaşılabilecek problemler planlama aşamasında çok önemlidir. Bu nedenle, bunların belirlenerek proje yönetimi safhasında nasıl çözülebileceği hususunda öneriler getirilmiştir.

Land consolidation activities have been applied in Turkey since 1961. The strengtening and the reconsolidation of social and economical structure and the activities covering the majority of the rural areas, should be finished as soon as possible. In this study, CPM and PERT project planning methods were applied for the first time in Çavuşcugöl and Dedemoğlu land consolidation projects and the benefits of these methods were investigated. Geodezic activities in the projects were examined according to project duration and it's cost. Here the crash cost and crash duration were also calculated. Consequently, the cost of projects for a minimum duration were determined. Problems that might be encountered during the application of the projects should be considered at the stage of planning. Therefore, these problems are autlined and suggestions have been put forward how to solve these difficulties during the aplication of project.
