Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı ceza infaz kurumunda bulunan hükümlülerin toplumsal yaşama hazırlanması için yapılan faaliyetlerin, ceza infaz kurumları örnekleminde incelenerek verimliliğinin değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışmamızda, ceza infazının amacı olan iyileştirme ve hükümlüyü yeniden toplumsallaştırılması faaliyetlerinin hükümlüler üzerindeki etkisi incelenmeye çalışılmıştır. Ceza infaz kurumlarında yaptığımız alan araştırmamızda bu kurumlarda bulunan hükümlülerin yeniden toplumsallaşmasını sağlamaya yönelik uygulanan faaliyetleri gözlemlenmiştir. Uygulamalardaki sorunların tespiti yapılmaya çalışılmış ve çözüm önerileri sunulmuştur. Bu uygulamadaki en önemli eksikliklerden biri hükümlülerin toplumsal yaşama katılımlarını sağlayacak meslek edindirme kurslarının, günümüzün ekonomik ihtiyaçları doğrultusunda düzenlenmemesidir. Çalışmamızda, hükümlülerin gördükleri kurs, mesleki eğitim faaliyetlerinin ve psikolojik destek çalışmalarının tahliye sonrası toplumsal yaşamda yardımcı olmadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Bu konuda yapılacak araştırmaların ve uygulanacak farklı projelerin, hükümlülerin toplumsal yaşama uyumlarını sağlayacak adımlar olduğuna inanmaktayız.

The aim of this study is; to evaluate the efficiency of the activities implemented in prisons for the sake of the convicts to prepare them for (to entegrate them into) the social life, by studying the examples in the penitentiary system. In our study, we tried to evaluate the effects of the restoration and rehabilitation activites that are the basis of judicial execution on the convicts. In the field study in prisons, we observe the activities implemented in these institutions in order for the convicts to resocialize and rehabilitate. The problems in the applications are tried to determine and some positive suggestions are offered. One of the most important deficiencies found in this study is the arrangement of the vocational trainings that helps the victims to entegrate into social life without considering the economic needs of our days and the current business sector. In our study, we came to the opinion that, the courses and vocational trainings that convicts have in prison don't help them after release and are insufficient for their access to the labour market. The investigations and different procets in this field are thought to be important steps to contribute their entegration to the social life.
