Özet
Bu çalışmada başlangıç maddesi olarak glioksilik asit monohidrat ve tiyokarbohidrazidin reaksiyonu ile 4-amino-3-merkapto-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-on bileşiği elde edildi. Tiyokarbohidrazit, hidrazin hidrat ve karbon disülfürün reaksiyonu ile sentezlendi. Elde edilen 4-amino-3-merkapto-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-on bileşiği dimetoksibenzaldehit, 2-hidroksi-5-metoksibenzaldehit ve 5-kloro-2-hidroksi-3-metoksibenzaldehit ile reaksiyona sokularak 3 adet yeni Schiff bazı elde edildi. 4-amino-3-merkapto-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-on bileşiği POCl3 içerisinde kumarin-3-karboksilik asit, 3-Bromo-5-iyodobenzoik asit, 2-bromo-5-klorobenzoik asit, 5-kloro-2-metilbenzoik asit, 4-kloro-3,5-dinitrobenzoik asit ve 2,4,6-triklorobenzoik asit ile halka kapanması reaksiyonuna sokularak 6 adet yeni bileşik sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR ve MS yöntemleri ile aydınlatıldı.

In this study, 4-amino-3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-on was synthesized from the reaction of glioxylic acid monohydrate as starting compound with thiocarbohydrazide. Tiocarbohydrazide was obtained from the reaction of hydrazine hydrate and carbon disulphide. The three new Schiff Bases compounds were obtained between the reaction of 4-amino-3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-on and dimethoxy benzaldehyde, 2-hydroxy-5-methoxy benzaldehyde and 5-chloro-2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde. Six new compounds were synthesized with condensation reaction of 4-amino-3-mercapto-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-on with coumarin-3-carboxylic acid, 3-bromo-5-iodobenzoic acid, 2-bromo-5-chlorobenzoic acid, 5-chloro-2-methylbenzoic acid, 4-chloro-3,5-dinitrobenzoic acid, and 2 ,4,6-trichlorobenzoic acid in POCl3. Structures of the synthesized compounds are characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and MS.
