Sports is a concept having economic, social, political and cultural dimensions. It is also a common language which enables people to communicate. In addition, it is a common belief which doesn't make race and religion discrimination. Gymnastics is the activity that may be performed by everyone, have a significant position in the infrastructure of other sports branches to be successful in each of them. The performance of the determination of challenging and achievement which exist in the human spirit, so as in the form oriented to the competition within the equitable rules classified and predetermined, is the sporting gymnastics. The dimensions of the activities of sporting gymnastics, its extensive achievements and its countrywide extension depend considerably on the Turkish Federation of Gymnasitcs who maintains those activities relevant to this sports branch. The formation of the Chairman of the Federation, General Secretary, Deputy Chairman, the executive organs and consultancy, which are the building blocks of the federation, and their proper functioning, planning the activities, the coordination and inspection,the budget to be allocated to gymnastics, have a significance with respect to fulfill the expansion of, and the increase of the participation to this sports branch countrywide to enable the federation to fulfill its duties and responsibilities. In this study, the administrative and financial structures of the federation were examined and tried to determine the missing and limping issues, and presented the proposals for their solutions.
