Özet
Analitik hipnoterapi anksiyete bozukluklarının oluşumunu geçmiş anılardaki olumsuz somatik duygu bileşenlerinde, çözümünü de bu duygu bileşenlerinin boşaltımında aramaktadır. Bu çalışma anksiyete bozukluklarının oluşum ve terapisine analitik hipnoterapinin kuramsal yaklaşımını incelemek amacıyla tarama modelinde yapılan bir alan araştırmasıdır. İstanbul ilinde psikoterapi yapan 40 uzmana anket uygulanarak anksiyete bozukluğunun oluşumu ve psikoterapisi hakkındaki analitik hipnoterapinin kuramsal yaklaşımları sorularak, bu yaklaşımlarla toplanan psikoterapist görüş ve uygulama verileri arasındaki ilişki ve farklar araştırılmış, ulaşılan sonuçlar istatistiksel analizlerle raporlaştırılmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda analitik hipnoterapinin anksiyetenin oluşumuna ve terapisine ilişkin yaklaşımlarının diğer psikoterapilerle bileşenleri açısından ilişkileri ve ortak yönleri olduğu ancak bütünü itibari ile farklı ve özgün olduğu görülmüştür. Yüksek lisans tezi olarak 9 aylık sürede tamamlanan bu çalışma 2012-2013 eğitim-öğretim yılında Arel Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Psikoloji Ana Bilim Dalında gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Analytical hypnotherapy investigates the development of anxiety disorders from negative emotional components in past memories, and the remedy of such disorders in the removal of these emotional components. This field study is conducted using the screening model, and for the purpose of examining the theoretic approach of analytical hypnotherapy in the development and treatment therapy of anxiety disorders. By conducting a survey with 40 psychotherapy experts in the Istanbul province in which they were asked about the development of anxiety disorders and the theoretic approach of analytic hypnotherapy in psychotherapy for anxiety disorders, the relationships and differences between the psychotherapists? opinions and the application data collected using this approach were examined, and the conclusions reported using statistical analysis. In its conclusion, the study shows that there are relationships and commonalities between the analytical hypnotherapy approach and components of other psychotherapies in regards to the development and treatment therapy of anxiety, but that it is different and unique when considered as a whole. This study, which was completed over a period of 9 months during the 2012-2013 academic year, was conducted as a Postgraduate thesis at the Arel University Social Sciences Institute Department of Psychology.
