Özet
Bu çalışmada, okul yöneticilerinin ve öğretmenlerin eğitim içerikli filmlerin eğitim ortamlarına etkisine ilişkin görüşleri tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. Eğitim içerikli film; eğitim ortamlarını ve onu oluşturan paydaşları konu alan sinema filmleridir.“Betimsel Araştırma Modeli”ile çalışılan araştırmanın evrenini, İstanbul'da görev yapan yönetici ve öğretmenler oluşturmuştur. Bu evrenden,“Basit Tesadüfî Yöntem”ile seçilen 6 farklı ilçede yer alan okullarda görevli yönetici ve öğretmenler, örneklemi oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın amacına uygun olarak, öncelikle tek soruluk bir“film önerisi anketi”hazırlanmıştır. Katılımcılardan, önerdikleri eğitim içerikli filmleri, önem derecelerine göre sıralamaları istenmiştir. 141 eğitimci ankete katılmıştır. Önerilen filmler detaylı olarak incelenmiş ve en çok beğenilen filmlerdeki temalardan yola çıkılarak, içinde demografik değerlerin ve 25 tane tutumun yer aldığı bir ölçme aracı oluşturulmuştur. Tutum ölçeği formunda oluşturulan bu ölçme aracı toplam 594 eğitimciye uygulanarak, 471 öğretmen ve 123 okul yöneticisinden cevap alınmıştır. Elde edilen veriler Windows tabanlı 15.0 Sosyal Bilimler İçin İstatistik Paket Programı (SPSS) ile çözümlenmiş ve Khi-Kare testi uygulanmıştır. Veriler 0.05 anlamlılık düzeyinde analiz edilmiştir. Tanımlayıcı istatistiklerden yüzde ve frekans kullanılmıştır. Bu değerlere bakılarak, ifadelere ilişkin görüşlerle; cinsiyet, görev ve kıdemler arasındaki ilişkinin anlamlılık derecesi değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca araştırmada, en çok tavsiye edilen eğitim içerikli 10 tane sinema filminin incelemesine yer verilmiştir. Araştırmanın sonucunda, demografik özelliklere göre, ifadelerden 8 tanesine belirtilen görüşlerin değişiminde anlamlı farklılık bulunmuştur. Bu farklılığın, yeterince eğitim içerikli film izlenmemiş olmasından kaynaklandığı düşünülmektedir. Diğer ifadelerle ilgili benzer bir farklılık oluşma durumu yoktur. Yönetici ve öğretmenler ağırlıklı olarak, eğitim içerikli filmlerin eğitim ortamlarına, birçok açıdan olumlu yönde katkı sağlayabileceğine dair görüşlerde bulunmuşlardır. Eğitimcilere ve araştırmacılara literatür ve bulgulara bağlı olarak önerilerde bulunulmuştur.

In this study, we tried to identify the point of view of the school directors and teachers on the effects of the movies which have schooling contents to the educational environment. The movies with educational contents are the motion pictures which constitute the topics of the educational environments and its formative shareholders. The universe of this research that was studied by the descriptive research model was comprised of the managers and the teachers who work in İstanbul. The managers and teachers who work at 6 different counties of İstanbul and were selected from this universe with simple random sampling methodology constituted the sampling. In accordance with the purpose of the research, firstly a one- questioned movie offer survey was prepared. The participiants were asked to grade the movies with educational contents which they selected. 141 educaters were participated in the survey. The offered movies were analyzed in detail and a measurement tool which included demographic principles and 25 attitudes on the basis of the themes of the most favourite movies, has been formed. This measurement tool which was formed as a attitude scale has applied to total 594 educaters and answers were gathered from 123 school directors and 471 teachers. The results were resolved in SPSS based windows 15.0 software program and analysed with Chi-square test at a significancy level of 0.05. Data was analyzed at the significancy level of 0.05 so risk of error on validity and reliability was minimized. Percentage and frequency of descriptive statistics were used. By analyzing these statistics, the degrees of significance of the relationships between the conceptions about assertions with gender, task and seniority was evaluated. Moreover, an investigation of the most recommended 10 movies with educational contents was sited at this research. As a result of this research, according to demographic properties, significant difference was found in alternation of point of view to the total 8 declared expressions. This difference was thought be originated because of watching insufficient movies with educational contents. There was no situation of similar differences about the other expressions. The managers and the teachers mainly emphasize that educational contented movies will contribute to the educational environment in many sense. Depending on the literature and the findings, the managers and the teachers were advised.
