118 SUMMARY Taşkın, Zerrin.“The subjects spoiling the relationships between the teachers and the directors in the Birls Vocational Schools”The thesis of M.A. Consultant; Prof.Dr. îbrahim Ethem BAŞARAN, vi, 117 p. The aim o-f this research is to increase the efficiency o-f the Girls Vocational Schools and determine the points causing. conflicts between the teachers and directors revealed the general services, students a-f-fairs, workers a-f-feirs, edmational budget and edmational curriculum in these schools. The findings of this research is limited with the views of the teachers and directors charging with teacheng in the Girl's Vocational Schools in Ankara. To pick out the data, scealed Quant ionnarie was developed and was applied to 70 directors and 155 teachers; and later, these date were commented on according to the order of sub-problems. Percentage trequency, and standard deviation were used in the precen of solving these data acquired. And“t”test was applied to determine whether there was outstanding difference about the ratio of.05 and by comparing the responses of two groups. Ua any serious confliuts of curriculum were found between directors and teachers but it was determind that there were some simple confluits related to the distribution and completing of lessons wanting and the fare119 of each lesson. The other general subjects causing con-f luts ares the insufficiency of equipment in the schools, clases and workshops and their cleanings. The other con-f licts deterrnind were related to the service of workers and the thank-letter vhich sould be given to the teachers, the registers and affairs o-f the personnels, the internal service o-f the teachers and the problems o-f taking permission of excuse. In the students affairs, that there were some problems concerned with the external appearance of students and the crowding in a particular Lesson and branch, students feeding, difficulties of learning, discontinuity of the students were determined in the 6irl 's Vocational Schools. In budget, that there were some problems concerded with the payment of teachers fee and fare, purchaning of equigments for schools, and expenses which could not be done for schools in reqular were fixed an problems producing conflicts on the relation between the personnels in the schools.
