Özet

Avrupa Birliği' ne aday ülke konumunda olan Türkiye'nin toplam istihdam ve kadın istihdamını arttırma çabalarına dayanak oluşturan Avrupa Birliği İstihdam Stratejisi ve bu stratejiye temel teşkil eden Avrupa Birliği mevzuatı incelenmiştir.

European Union Acquis Communautaire which has been the basis of European Employment Strategy and this Strategy that based on the attempts of increasing Turkey's, candidate country for membership to European Union, total employment and women's employment; has been surveyed and the applied policies of the European Union countries and their results are analyzed with the statistical charts which indicates the current situation of Turkey then Turkey's adaptation process to these policies has been evaluated.
