Özet
Tezin amacı, mevcut veri kısıtı altında rasyonel varsayımlara dayanarak 6475 sayılı Posta Hizmetleri Kanununda öngörülen evrensel hizmet maliyetini doğru bir biçimde hesaplamak, mevcut durumda maliyet hesaplamasını muğlaklaştıran unsurların netleştirilmesine yönelik değerlendirmelerde bulunmak ve uygun finansman yöntemine ilişkin öneriler dile getirmektir.

The aim of the thesis is to calculate universal service cost for Turkey postal sector by taking the related provisions in the Postal Service Law and to raise some proposals for appropriate funding mechanizm.
