Özet
Bu çalışmanın amacı, Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin iş doyumu ve tükenmişlik düzeylerini ortaya koymaktır. Bu araştırmada, Beden Eğitimi Öğretmenlerinin“okul türü, cinsiyet, yaş, hizmet yılı, görev yeri, ders saati, medeni durum”değişkenlerine göre mesleki tükenmişlik ve iş doyumları incelenmiştir. Araştırmanın çalışma evreni, 2013-2014 Eğitim-Öğretim yılında, Trabzon M.E.B'de merkez, merkeze bağlı ilçe ve köy okullarında görev yapan 452 beden eğitimi öğretmeninden, örneklemi ise; 261 beden eğitimi öğretmeninden oluşturmaktadır. İş doyumu ve tükenmişlik düzeylerine ait bulgular anket yoluyla elde edilmiştir. Ölçme aracı olarak araştırmacı kişisel bilgi formu, Minnesota İş Doyum Ölçeği ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Anket bulguları, t-testi, tek yönlü varyans (ANOVA) analizi sonuçlarına dayalı olarak yorumlanmış, farkın kaynağını bulmak amacıyla da TUKEY-HSD testi uygulanmıştır. İstatistikî anlamda P<.05 anlamlılık düzeyi belirlenmiştir. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde SPSS 15,0 istatistik programı kullanılmıştır. Sonuç olarak; Beden eğitimi öğretmenlerinin mesleki tükenmişlik ve iş doyum düzeyleri ile okul türü, cinsiyetleri ve medeni durumları arasında anlamlı bir farklılığın olmadığı belirlendi. Bununla birlikte 51 yaş ve üzeri öğretmenlerin yönetim ve denetim iş doyumlarının 31-40 yaş arasındaki öğretmenlere göre; sosyal gereksinim boyutunda ise, 20-30 yaş arasındaki öğretmenlerin 31-40 yaş arası öğretmenlere göre anlamlı düzeyde yüksektir. Hizmet yılında ise; 11-15 yıl görev yapan öğretmenlerin 16-20 yıl grubunda olan öğretmenlere göre daha fazla tükenmişlik yaşadıkları, görev yerlerinde ise, iş doyumunda mesleğin çalışma şartları boyutunda, ilde görev yapan öğretmenlerin ilçede görev yapanlara göre; yine aynı şekilde sosyal gereksinim boyutunda, ildeki öğretmenlerin beldedeki öğretmenlere göre iş doyumları yüksektir. Ders saatlerinde ise; mesleğin çalışma şartları boyutunda 0-15 saat derse girenlerin 16-20 saat derse girenlere göre, sosyal gereksinim boyutunda ise 21-25 saat çalışanların 0-15 saat çalışanlara göre iş doyumları anlamlı düzeyde yüksektir.

The purpose of this study, Physical Education Teachers' job satisfaction and burnout levels to reveal. In this study, Physical Education Teachers“school type, gender, age, years of service, duty location, hours, marital status,”according to the variables of professional burnout and job satisfaction were examined. The study of the universe, in the 2013-2014 academic year, the center of Trabzon Ministry of Education, district and village centers connected to 452 physical education teachers working in schools, from the sample; Consists of 261 physical education teachers. The findings of job satisfaction and burnout levels were obtained through a questionnaire. Measuring the researchers personal information form, Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale and the Maslach Burnout Inventory was used. The survey findings, t-test, one-way variance (ANOVA) analysis based on the results interpreted, in order to find the source of the difference in the Tukey-HSD test was used. Statistical sense P <.05 level of significance was determined. Data were evaluated by SPSS 15.0 statistical software was used. As a result; Physical education teachers' professional burnout and job satisfaction levels and type of school, gender, and marital status was determined that there was a significant difference between. However, 51 years and older, job satisfaction, management and supervision of teachers by teachers between the ages of 31-40; social needs in size, the teachers between the ages of 20-30 years old 31-40 is significantly higher than the teachers. Service in the year; 11-15 years 16-20 years group of teachers who work more than those teachers who are in their exhaustion, the task is in place, working conditions, job satisfaction, the size of the profession in the province of the teachers working in the district according to; social needs in the same way again in size, in the province of teachers job satisfaction is higher than the teachers in the borough. In the course hours; working conditions of the profession in size 0-15 hours 16-20 hours of entering the course by entering the course, the size of the social needs of employees 0-15 hours 21-25 hours of employee job satisfaction is significantly higher.
