Özet
Bu araştırmanın amacı, bilgi toplumu bireylerinin yetiştirilmeye çalışıldığı günümüzde Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmenlerinin bilişim teknolojilerine yönelik ilgi ve tutumlarını belirlemektir. Araştırmada nitel bir yaklaşım takip edilmiş ve survey (alan taraması) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Bunun için 2011-2012 eğitim-öğretim yılında Trabzon ili genelinde 14 farklı lisede görev yapan 44 Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmeniyle mülakat gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma verileri içerik analizi ile analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda elde edilen verilere göre, Türk dili ve edebiyatı öğretmenleri gerek günlük hayatlarında gerekse mesleki hayatlarında bilişim teknolojilerini kullanma konusunda ön yargılı davranmamakla birlikte bu teknolojilere yeteri kadar ihtiyaç duymamaktadır. Araştırmanın sonucunda öncelikle öğretme-öğrenme sürecinde bilişim teknolojileri uygulayıcısı olan öğretmenlerin teknik bilgi ve becerinin yanında teknoloji ile alan bilgilerini birbirine uyarlayabilme bilgi ve becerisine de sahip hâle getirilmesi ve FATİH Projesi çalışmalarına hız verilmesi gerektiği önerilmiştir. Ayrıca, Türk Edebiyatı ile Dil ve Anlatım Dersi Öğretim Programları'nda bilişim teknolojilerinin kullanımına daha fazla ağırlık verilmesi, öğretmenlerin bilişim teknolojilerini kullanma ve öğrencilere bu konuda rehberlik etme konusunda istekli ve kararlı olmalarının sağlanabilmesi için yönetim ve denetim birimlerince ödüllendirme ve kontrol yöntemine başvurulması gerektiği de öneri olarak sıralanmıştır.

The aim of this study is to express, especially these days in which is tried to educate the individuals' knowledge-based society, Turkish Language and Literature teachers' interest and manners about the information technologies. In this research, a qualitative approach has been followed and the survey-method has been used. For this reason, interviews have been realized with 44 teachers teaching at 14 different high-schools all over Trabzon in the 2011-2012 academic year. The data of the survey has been analised through scope-analyze method. In accordance with the data obtained at the end of the survey, the teachers of Turkish Language and Literature do not need such kind of technologies adequately despite the fact that they are not biased against using the information-technology both in their daily-lives and on their jobs. At the end of the research, it has been suggested that it is necessary, initially, the teachers who are the practitioners of the information-technology during the period of teaching-learning have information and talent about being able to adapt the information of technology and field information each other and also the studies related to the Project of FATIH be accelerated. Moreover, the necessity of resorting to the rewarding and supervision-system has been ranged in order that the information-technologies can be used more intensively in the teaching programs of the lessons of Turkish Literature and ''Language and Expression'' and that the teachers can use the information-technologies more efficiently and guide the students in these matters.
