Özet
Bu çalışmamız, isminden de anlaşılacağı üzere Fâtır Sûresi üzerinde, klasik ve muasır müfessirlerin tefsirlerinin ışığında yapılan bir incelemedir. Fâtır sûresi; tevhid, nübüvvet, haşir, şirk, cennet, cehennem, mücâzât ve mükâfat gibi Mekki sûrelerin genel kapsamına giren bütün bu mevzuları eksenine almış ve geniş bir şekilde değerlendirmiştir. İndiği dönem hakkında kesin bir rivayetin bulunmadığı Fâtır sûresi kakkında, cumhurun ittifakla Mekkî'dir demesi, sûrenin kapsamına dair daha ilk anda ipuçları vermektedir. Öncelikle belirtmek gerekir ki, Fâtır sûresi Kur'an'da hamd ile başlayan son sûredir. Sûrede çokça tekrar eden ve bizim de tezimizde genişçe yer verdiğimiz konulardan biri, Allah (cc)'ın tevhid delilleri ve kudret tezahürleridir. Tezimizin beşte birini kapsayan bu itikâdi meselenin akabinde ise, sûrede geçen birçok muhtelif konular üzerinde imkân ölçülerini aşmayacak oranda temas etmeye çalıştık. Sûrede geçen insanın amansız ve en sinsi düşmanı olan şeytanın tuzakları ve bu tuzaklara kananların hazin akıbetlerine tezimizde yer vererek, dost edinilemeyecek tek düşman olan şeytana düşmanca davranılması gereği üzerinde durduk. Yine sûrenin bir diğer konusu olan insanın yaratılış safhalarına temas ederek, ömrü hakkında bilgi verdik. Tezimizde üzerinde durduğumuz bir diğer konu, sûrenin 18. âyetinde bahsedilen“suçların bireyselliği”ilkesi oldu. 28. âyet olan âlimlerin Allah'tan en çok korkan insanlar olmalarının hikmeti arz edilerek Kur'ân'ın ilme verdiği öneme dikkat çekildi. Bir giriş ve iki bölümden oluşan tezimizi, âyetlerdeki garip kelime tahlilleri, âyetlerin genel manaları ve varsa kendine has incelikleri zikrederek neticelendirmeye çalıştık. Sûreyi incelerken âyetleri mushaftaki sıradan ziyade konu konu ele almaya çalıştık. Elimizden geldiği kadar tefsirlerdeki farklı yorumları süzmeye özen gösterdik. Bazı konularda kanaatlerimizi belirttik. Sûrenin temel mevzularını öne çıkararak sûrenin tahlilini sunmaya çalıştık.

This research – as understood from its title- is a re-reading of“Fater”chapter (Surat) in the light of contemporary and traditional interpretations. Whatever we name our thesis, and whatever we try to benefit from contemporary and traditional interpretations,“Fater”chapter (Surat) includes all the 'Mekki' chapters (Surates), and has attracted our attention in a way that there is no big difference in its interpretation between all the Tafsi'r books.“Fater”chapter (Surat) revolves around topics related to 'tawhi'id' (monotheism), prophecy, 'Al shi'rk' (disbelief), Heaven and hell, punishment and reward, all of which constitute a major part of all 'Mekki' chapters. The fact that there was no narrating at its time and the fact that the majority of scholars agree that it is a 'Mekki' chapter, demonstrates that it is a 'Mekki' chapter. We cannot tackle the understanding of the chapter as a whole, yet we tried to do so by means of detecting some subjects in the form of criteria, which helped us understand the chapter in a better way. The chapter starts with“Al hamdu liLLAH”(All grace to God), and this chapter is the last chapter that begins with such a phrase. In this chapter, as shown in the research paper, arguments of the existence of monotheism, and arguments about the capacities of God are repeated in a broad manner. We have tried to tackle the subjects related to monotheism, which represent 40% of our research paper, in an explicit and objective way that does not exceed the limits of the paper. We have also tackled“Satan's”traps and the destiny of those who follow his traces, and we have clarified the obligation of considering“Satan”an enemy, and we have also mentioned in some papers the steps of the human's birth, his life, and his age periods. We have focused, in a different subject, on the point of“individual mistake”, and we have pointed at the wisdom out of scholars' worry of God, and the interest of Qur'an in science. In the conclusion, we have tried to end our paper with a clarification of the significance of the verses in general. And, we have mentioned different subjects in the verses. Our paper is formed of an introduction and two sections. Also, we have tried to tackle this chapter in terms of subjects, and not only by nattering verses. Finally, we have tried to introduce, as possible, the various jokes (lataa'if) from different interpretations, and we added our humble comments when necessary. The research paper was ended by a presentation of the essential topics which include many subjects.
