In summary, to gam an understanding the phenomenon, I have used a deductive approach. That approach was based to test if the theories have already been done arc still health in the data of the United Kingdom franchise industry. As research strategy, I have chosen to do survey to collect primary data. Also secondary data has been collected when I was reviewing the literature. Journal articles, magazines and websites are used as secondary data. The data gathered from the United Kingdom franchise industry whose members operates internationally too. At the end of the chapter scope and limitations of the study has been discussed.
