This study will show us how to crcatc vvebsites in a short time by using vveb development tools suitable for new entrepreneurs, and it will examine the possible alterııatives. We will begiıı with an overview of the significance ot" websites tor companies, including an outline ot' the types of approaches to web development. Next we will examine casicr ways of web development for young entrepreneurs and will diseuss which are the most suitable. Our literatüre review will contain types of web systems, traditional vvay of development and its difficulties. Then we will move to easier ways of development with vveb designing tools; their advantages and disadvantages. We will pay special attention to how professional-looking and effective web sites can be easily developed in a short time, and their effect on start-up businesses.
