In this investigation, I estimate the best time to buy a new car in the UK market. I used a panel dataset that shows monthly car sales in the period from years 2005 to 2014. By using the statistical program R, I found statistically significant and in the most positive relationship between the amount of the sales and the price of the new car. According to the last ten years data when the sales are in the lowest level in the market for a month, the price of the cars are in low level as well. I also found the effects of the campaigns on the price in special times such as Christmas and number plate changes.
