This rapor gives information about academician unit administrative system program and how the program is working that is showed with pictures of part by part. The purpose of this program; First of all,shows all of the information about lecturer, courses, classrooms, faculties, supervisors, depeartments to who wants to see them. But user must be log-in to use the program at first time. Therefore I have classificationed the users by two. One of them has all of the permissions,the other user should only see the informations about these. However the user who has all of the permissions, can define the courses and classrooms. Also both of the users can send messages to each others and read them.The other actions of my program,creates time tables and exams tables for all of the faculties department by department also shows the departments and faculties at that university. When I had been developing that program I thought the buildings of universities prepared according to faculties. This like that each faculty has a building. Therefore the classes which is tought the lessons in there by lecturer and also the rooms of lecturer of that faculty will be in that building. According to this situation, when preparing the courses and exams time tables the classrooms for exams and courses should select faculty by faculty.
