Özet
İbrahim en-Nehaî'nin ibadetlerle ilgili fıkhi görüşleri adlı tezimizde, Nehaî'nin ibadetlerle ilgili görüşlerini, ilmihâli dizilişle incelemeye çalıştık. Tezimiz giriş ve iki ana bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde konunu önemi ve amacıyla ilgili bilgi verilmiştir. İlk bölümde Nehaî'nin hayatından ve fıkhî kişiliğinden bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde ise tezimizin asıl konusu olan Nehaî'nin fıkhî görüşleri ibadetler bağlamında ele alınmıştır. İbrahim en-Nehaî'nin fıkhî görüşleri ilk dönem fıkıh kitapları incelendikten sonra, değerlendirilmiş ve belli bir dizilişle tezimiz içerisinde aktarılmıştır. Küfe de İbn Mesud'la beraber temeli atılan rey mektebinin bir müktesibi olarak yerini alan Nehaî, hocası ve aynı zamanda İbn Mesud'un öğrencisi olan Alkame b. Kays'tan öğrenmiş olduğu bu mektebi, öğrencisi Hammad aracılığıyla Ebû Hanife'ye aktarmış ve bu yönüyle de Hanefi mezhebinin oluşumuna katkıda bulunmuştur. Nehaî'nin görüşlerini öğrenmek bizim aynı zamanda ilk dönem fıkıh âlimlerinin fıkhî anlayışları hakkında bilgi sahibi olmamızı sağlar. Böylece ilk dönem fıkıh âlimlerini daha yakından tanıma fırsatını elde ederiz.

In our thesis entitled“The fiqh opinions of Ibrahim an-Nehaî about worship”we try to examine the opinions of Nehaî about worship in the sequence of catechism. Our thesis consists of introduction and two sections. In the introduction section is given information about the importance and purpose of the topic. In the first chapter has mentioned the life of Nehaî and his fiqh personality. In the second section has been discussed, which is the main subject of this thesis, the opinions of Nehaî about fiqh in the context of worship. The aim of to have knowledge about Ibrahim en-Nehaî's fiqh views, after the first period of fiqh books be verified, these views were taken and studied to be transferred within a certain line- up in our thesis. Nehaî learned this school from Alkame b. Kays who was teacher of Nehaî replacing as a follower in The School of Rey was built in Kufa with Ibn Mesud and also who was a student Ibn Masud, this school has infected Abu Hanifa thorough Ibn Masud student Hammad, this aspect also contributed to the formation of the Hanafi sect. Learning Nehaî's views allows us tohavein formation about under standing of the early jurist. There fore, we have found the opportunity to get a closer look totheearly jurist.
