SUMMARY Todoy using CNC looms in occupation high schools and universities are diffused around Turkey. But there is no procedure or some thing else that teachers and students pursuit during their workshop studies. I searched, in the aim of helping to remove this deficiency.I based to programme DYNA 3000 H lathe looms that were bought for casting mold section EMCO lathe according to ISO system, according to the treaty of world Bank. I prepared my studyings in Gebze Occupation High School's CNC labrotory on DYNA 3000 H computers and checked all parts'. First part ; general information about CNC. Second part ; mecnings of terms about fragment programing CNC. Third part ; introduction of G functions. Before starting up machine or programmins the machine it's important to learn the parts and working introductions as much as possible. Also it's necessary to learn fragment dimensions, speed, power, chisel coposity and sensitivity. This introductions help to grow up reliable and profitable members. Fifth part ; explains the base concepts and other ambiguous automation forms, support to constitute CNC. In this unit the methods of how the machines understand the programmes a manipulated part and how the machines understand the programmes and how the control units make the climentions to the CNC machine, different kinds of systems there are messages or instructions are used which fell how to manipulate the parts writing CNC programmes are told. The good communication is a key for CNC security.Both the machine operator and the programmer have responsibility of security and must have very good communication.In the sevent part, the moin thing for security, planning carefulle and using the security in programming are talked about. Macking certain the machine to work safely and profitably, you hove to know these things which are talked about in the eight part how start and stop the machine, how to shunt by manuel, haw to make the calibration of the chisels. After the CNC contrails, htss of mehhods are improved for making easy to programme the computer and to make the using safer. One of these kinds of improve is having the control which asks questions for making the programmer to go for word the steps very speedy and correctly from the besinning and to the end.In the DYNA system these questions are named as“ sufle ”.These parts are explcined in the nineth period. In the tenth part ; how a programme for DYNA 3000 sery can be written, how to go to memory and how to process the parts by using the programme. In the eleventh part, ready cycles are told and mode known how to write a programme by showing some examples. In the twelveth part, the ready cycles and some exampled studyings are shown are about some exampled studyings are shown about some kinds of DYNA commands. In the 13 th part which is the aim of workking, there are the applies of the all topics. The programme studyings that are necessary for producing of different types of work parts, are mode both according to DYNA language and also according to the EMCO looms.While this has been doing, these ranks are followed ; l.The shape of the part that will be made up, 2.The choosing of cutting point, 3. The choosing of period number, the cutting and going for word speed, 4.The preparing of operation page, 5. To programme according to the DYNA language, 6. To programme according to the EMCO ( ISO system is based on ), Also at the end of this part, making similer studyings are made possible by giving example figures. At the end of the last part of the thesis, some kinds of the lathe looms are shown which are produced by the different firms. n
