Özet
Mimarlık eğitiminin omurgasını mimari tasarım eğitimi oluşturmaktadır. Mimari tasarım eğitiminin merkezi ise tasarlama eyleminin deneyim yolu ile öğrenildiği tek yer olan mimari tasarım stüdyolarıdır. 21. yüzyıl mimari tasarım eğitimi kurgusu, bilgi niteliği, miktarı ve elde etme yöntemleri açısından mimarlık eğitiminin geleneksel yapılanmasından farklılıklar içermekte; bu bağlamda güncel mimari tasarım eğitiminin sorunsalları da değişmektedir. Değişen eğitsel yapıların ve sorunsalların belirlenmesi tasarım eğitiminin günceli yakalamasında etkili olmaktadır. Çalışmanın üçüncü bölümü, bu amaçla tasarım eğitiminin geçmiş ve gelecek yapılanması üzerinden, güncel mimari tasarım eğitimi tartışmalarının incelendiği kapsamlı bir literatür araştırması içermektedir. Araştırmanın bu bölümü, tasarım eğitiminin 21. yüzyılın ilk çeyreğindeki yapılanmasında mevcut olan ile ihtiyaç duyulan eğitsel ortamları ortaya koymaktadır. İhtiyaç duyulan eğitsel ortamların ve süreçlerin sağlanabilmesine, stüdyolardaki tasarlama eyleminde yeterince yer almadığı belirlenen güncel mekân, beden-duyum, program tartışmalarının katkı sağlayacağı savunulmaktadır. Çalışmanın ikinci bölümünde mekânsal yerleştirmelerin söz konusu güncel mimari tartışmalar ile benzer söylemler içerisinde olduğu mekânsal, duyumsal ve programatik bileşenler incelenmiş, mimarlık ve güncel sanatın ortak yaklaşımları saptanmıştır. Çalışmanın dördüncü bölümü mimari tasarım eğitimi ve güncel mimarlık tartışmalarına dair bulguların bir kavramsal ağ içerisinde ilişkili kılındığı bölümdür. Bu bölümde mekânsal yerleştirmelerin mimari tasarım eğitimi içerisine eklemlenme durumu incelenmiş ve yerleştirmelere eğitimciler tarafından dünyanın farklı mimarlık okullarının tasarım programlarında, değişen eğitsel amaçlar ile yer verildiği ortaya koyulmuştur. Çalışma kapsamında elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda mekânsal yerleştirmelerin, güncel mimarlık tartışmalarının mimari tasarım eğitimi ile ilişkilendirilmesinde kullanılabileceği saptanmıştır. Bu bağlamda mekânsal yerleştirmelerin ortam hazırladığı eğitim süreci aracılığıyla, mimari tasarım eğitiminin güncel sorunsalları ve tartışmalarının çözümüne katkı sağlayabilecek etkili tasarım araçlarından biri olarak değerlendirilebileceği savunulmaktadır.

Architectural design education is the backbone of architecture education. The center of architectural design education is the architectural design studios, which are the only place where the design action is learned through experience. The 21st century architectural design education design differs from the traditional structure of education in terms of information quality, quantity and methods of knowledge; the problems of contemporary architectural design education are also changing accordingly. The identification of changing educational structures and problems is influential in the uptake of design education. The third part of the study includes a comprehensive literature survey of contemporary architectural design education discussions through the past and future structure of design education for this purpose. This part of the research has revealed the importance of new educational environments that are needed in the structuring of design education in the first quarter of the 21st century. It is argued that contemporary space, body-senses and program discussions that contribute to the willing educational environments and processes and that are not adequately involved in the designing activities in the studio will contribute. In the second part of the study, the spatial, sensory and programmatic components of the spatial installations, which are similar to contemporary architectural discussions, were examined and common approaches of architecture and contemporary art were determined. The fourth part of the work is where the findings about architectural design education and contemporary architectural discussions are associated in a network of concepts and relationships. In this section, the articulation of spatial installations into architectural design education is examined; It has been revealed by educationalists that the different architectural schools of the world have been included in design curricula with changing educational objectives. It has been determined that spatial installations in the direction of findings obtained within the scope of the study can be used in creating an interface between contemporary architectural discussions and architectural design education. In this context, it is argued that spatial installations can be regarded as one of the effective design tools that can contribute to the solution of contemporary problems and debates of architectural design education through the environment presented by the association process defined above.
