Özet
Vekâlet ilişkilerinde, vekâlet verenin talimatı ve hukuki sonuçları isimli doktora tezi çalışmasında, vekilin vekâlet sözleşmesinden doğan talimata uyma borcu, tüm yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Tez, giriş ve sonuç bölümleri dışında üç ana başlıktan oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde; vekâlet sözleşmesi hakkında tarihi bilgi, sözleşmenin kurulması ve sona ermesi ile vekâlet sözleşmesi hükümlerinin diğer iş görme sözleşmeleri bakımından uygulanabilirliği incelenmiştir. İkinci bölüm iki kısma ayrılmıştır. Birinci kısımda vekâlet sözleşmesinde talimat ve vekilin talimata uyma borcu tüm yönleriyle ele alınmıştır. İkinci kısımda ise talimata uyma borcuna aykırılık halinde oluşacak hukuki sonuçlar tüm yönleriyle incelenmiştir. Üçüncü ve son bölümde ise, bazı vekâlet türleri ve özellikleri vekâlet ilişkileri açısından talimata uyma borcu üç ana başlık altında incelenmiştir.

This thesis which is named the instruction of the mandator and its legal consequences in Mandate relations, attorney's debt arising from the given contract of mandate was studied. Thesis apart from the introduction and conclusion, consists of three main titles. In the first part, information about history of the contract of mandate, entry into force of contract and termination of the mandate, along with the applicability of the terms of mandate contract over the other contracts of tasks was examined. The second part is divided into two sections. In the first section, the concept of instruction in the contract of mandate and attorney's debt arising from the given contract of mandate have been addressed. In the second section, the legal consequences of attorney's debt arising from the given instruction that considered as breach of contract is covered. The third and last section, the debt arising from the given contract of mandate examined under three main headings in view of some mandate types and featured mandate relations.
