Özet
Bu çalışmada, Türkiye'nin Marmara Bölgesi'nde bulunan Samanlı Dağları'nın briyofit florası ve epifitik briyofit vejetasyonu araştırılmıştır. Araştırma alanına 2013-2016 yılları arasında, farklı mevsimlerde yapılan 8 arazi çalışmasıyla 189 istasyondan toplanan 2512 briyofit örneğinin değerlendirilmesi sonucunda; Anthocerotophyta bölümünden 2; Marchantiophyta bölümünden 53; Bryophyta bölümünden ise 277 olmak üzere, toplamda 69 familya ve 156 cinse ait 332 tür ve tür altı takson tespit edilmiştir. Bu taksonlardan, Obtusifolium obtusum (Lindb.) S.W.Arnell, Sphagnum flexuosum Dozy & Molk., Pseudephemerum nitidum (Hedw.) Loeske ve Schistidium confusum H.H.Blom Türkiye için yeni kayıttır. Alanının epifitik briyofit vejetasyonu ise, Braun-Blanquet metoduna uygun olarak çalışma bölgesinin bütününü kapsayacak şekilde seçilen 191 adet örneklik alanın değerlendirilmesiyle belirlenen, 9'u birlik, 3 tanesi alt birlik olan 12 sintaksondan oluşmaktadır. Bu sintaksonlardan; Neckero-Anomodontetum viticulosi (Wiśniewski 1929) Philippi 1965 ve -anomodontetosum viticulosi Marst. 1980 ile Syntrichietum laevipilae Ochsn. 1928 ve -orthotrichetosum lyellii Duv. ex Lec. 1975 ülkemizden ilk kez bu çalışma ile kaydedilmiştir. Ayrıca Braun-Blanquet metoduna göre tespit edilen bu 12 sintakson, TWINSPAN ve DECORANA gibi Multivaryete yöntemleriyle de doğrulanmıştır.

In this study, the bryophyte flora and epiphytic bryophyte vegetation of the Samanlı Mountains in the Marmara region were investigated. A total of 2512 bryophyte specimens were collected from 189 stations with 8 field work which is made in different seasons between 2013-2016 to research area. As a result of the evaluation of the bryophytes samples; 2 from Anthocerotophyta, 53 from Marchantiophyta and 277 from Bryophyta, which is totally 332 specific and infraspecific taxa related to 156 genera and 69 families were determined. Among them, Obtusifolium obtusum (Lindb.) S.W.Arnell, Sphagnum flexuosum Dozy & Molk., Pseudephemerum nitidum (Hedw.) Loeske and Schistidium confusum H.H.Blom are new records for the bryophyte flora of Turkey. Epiphytic bryophyte vegetation of the area consists of 12 syntaxa occured 9 associations and 3 subassociations. These syntaxa determined by 191 releves selected to cover the entire study area in accordance with the Braun-Blanquet method. Of these syntaxa Neckero-Anomodontetum viticulosi (Wiśniewski 1929) Philippi 1965 and -anomodontetosum viticulosi Marst. 1980, Syntrichietum laevipilae Ochsn. 1928 and -orthotrichetosum lyellii Duv. ex Lec. 1975 are recorded for the first time from Turkey. Furthermore, these 12 syntaxa, which were determined according to the Braun-Blanquet method, were also verified by Multivariate methods such as; TWINSPAN and DECORANA.
