Özet
Tasavvuf tarihinin önemli sîmâlarından Hâris el-Muhâsibî'nin er-Riâye li-Hukûkillâh adlı eseri İslam kültür mirasının temel kaynak eserleri arasında yer almaktadır. Bu nedenledir ki, eserde geçen hadislerin sened ve metin yönünden incelenerek sıhhat durumlarının tespiti önem arz etmektedir. Bu çalışmada söz konusu eserde geçen merfû rivâyetlerin temel hadis kaynakları esas alınarak incelenmesi gerçekleştirilmiştir. Eserde kullanılan hadisleri Hz. Peygamber (s.a.s.)'in söyleyip söylemediği tespit edilerken hadis tenkid metodolojisinin objektif kriterleri ışığında daha önceki İslam âlimlerinin sened ve metin yönünden yaptıkları değerlendirmeler dikkate alınmış ve ulaşılan sonuçlar ilim âleminin istifadesine sunulmuştur.

The work called“er-Riaye li-Hukukillah”of Haris el-Muhâsibî who is are of the important people of the history of Islamic mysticism take part between the source works of the Islamic cultural heritage. It is important that the hadiths which takes part in this book are identified by investigating at the point of view of text and sened. The clear rumors which are mentioned in the work which is basis in this study will be examined by taking care the basic hadith sources. While whether or not the hadiths which are used in this work were said by the Prophet Muhammad (s.a.s.) was being identified, the evaluations which made by the previous Islamic wises in the light of the objective criterions of the hadith criticism methodology at the point of view of reality and text will be considered, and the results which was reached will be presented to the world of science.
