There was seen an expressive difference (p<0,05) in the size of the wave giving the minimum absorption of the Hb picks in the blood spot groups of Alive Adult Man (II.) and Mammals (X.), reduced by using Mann-Whitney U Test, whilst there was not seen an expressive difference (p>0,05) in the size of the wave, giving the maximum absorption. There was not seen an expressive difference (p>0.05) between the sizes of the waves, giving minimum absorption of Hb picks of the blood spot groups of Alive New Born Baby (IV.) and Mammals (X.), reduced by using Mann- Whitney U Test, whilst there was seen an experssive difference (p<0.05) between the sizes of the waves, giving maximum absorption. There was seen an experssive difference (p<0.05) between the sizes of the waves, giving minimum and maximum absorption of HbCte picks of blood spot groups of Alive Adult Man (I.) and Mammals (XI.) that were reduced by using Mann- Whitney U Test. There was seen an expressive difference between the sizes of the waves, giving minimum and maximum absorption of Hb02 picks of a double blood spot groups and Hb picks of some double blood spot groups from statistic side by using Mann - Whitney U Test. But more examples are needed for finding the difference between the absorption wave sizes of Hb02 picks of a double group and Hb picks of some double groups. Such an investigastion will be a theme for further works.was minimum x=406,79Jt 0,84 and maximum x=422, 77_±, 3,92absorption.It was seen the blood spots of every age can beinvestigated more quickly, more easy and reliably by the methodof derivative spectrophotometer than the generally usedspectroscopic investigation.The sizes of the waves, giving minimum and maximumabsorption of the Hb picks of the reduced man's and animal'sblood spot groups in the second derivative spector looked likeeach other and based on this the blood spot groups weredivided into 3 groups.There was seen a relation (p<0,05) between the wave sizes,giving the minimum and the maximum absorption of the Hbpicks of the double blood spot groups of an Alive Adult Man(II.) - New Born Baby (TV.), Post-Morthem Adult Man (III.) -Died New Bom Baby (V.), Alive New Bom Baby (TV) -Mammals (IX.) and Not mammals (IX.) - Mammals (X.) that werereduced by using Mann Whitney U Test in the second derivativespectors.There was not seen an expression (pX),05) between thewave sizes, giving the minimum and the maximum absorption ofthe Hb picks of the double-blood spot groups of Alive AdultMan (H.)- Post-Morthem Adult Man (ML), Alive Adult Man (II.)- Not mammals (IX.), Alive New Born Baby (IV.) - Died NewBorn Baby (V.), Alive Adult Man of 1-4 weeks (II.) - Alive AdultMan of 3-13 months (VI.), Alive Adult Man of 3-13 months(VI.) - Post-Morthem Adult Man (III.) that were reduced by usingMann-Whitney U Test in the second derivative spectors.There was seen an expressive difference (p<0,05) in thesize of the wave giving the minimum absorption of the Hbpicks in the blood spot groups of Alive Adult Man (II.) andMammals (X.), reduced by using Mann-Whitney U Test, whilstthere was not seen an expressive difference (p>0,05) in the sizeof the wave, giving the maximum absorption.There was not seen an expressive difference (p>0.05)between the sizes of the waves, giving minimum absorption ofHb picks of the blood spot groups of Alive New Born Baby(IV.) and Mammals (X.), reduced by using Mann- Whitney UTest, whilst there was seen an experssive difference (p<0.05)between the sizes of the waves, giving maximum absorption.There was seen an experssive difference (p<0.05) betweenthe sizes of the waves, giving minimum and maximumabsorption of HbCte picks of blood spot groups of Alive AdultMan (I.) and Mammals (XI.) that were reduced by using Mann-Whitney U Test.There was seen an expressive difference between the sizesof the waves, giving minimum and maximum absorption ofHb02 picks of a double blood spot groups and Hb picks ofsome double blood spot groups from statistic side by usingMann - Whitney U Test. But more examples are needed forfinding the difference between the absorption wave sizes ofHb02 picks of a double group and Hb picks of some doublegroups. Such an investigastion will be a theme for further works.
