Özet
Değişen, dönüşen kent ve konut, İstanbul bağlamında ele alınmış, tüm bu dönüşümler sonucundaki kimlik değişiklikleri, kenti küreselleşmenin etkisiyle başka bir yere taşırken, konutu da oluşan yeni alternatif kullanıcılarıyla dönüştürmüştür. Dolaysıyla İstanbul'da bu kişilere hitap edecek konut örüntülerinde ciddi bir çeşitlenme ve farklılaşma ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu çeşitlenmeler günümüzdeki yeni konut örüntülerine farklı bir boyut kazandırmıştır. Bu yüzden çalışmanın amacı, bu perspektifle konuya bakışı kolaylaştırmayı hedeflerken, bir yandan da hemen her tür kullanıcı ihtiyacının, konutun sunduğu hizmetler ile karşılandığı konut sunum biçimi olan rezidanslarda aidiyet oluşumunun araştırılması ve ortaya konmasını asıl hedef olarak ortaya koymaktadır. Dolayısıyla ilk olarak, metropol kente, kent içi küreselleşmeye, kent ve konuttaki değişim- dönüşüme, konut-ev kavramlarına ve konutun birey ve çevresiyle olan ilişkisine bakmanın yanında, kent içerisinde ki konut stokuna bakılmış, Türkiye'deki konut gelişimi kronolojik bir sıra ile ele alınıp, bunlar içerisinde rezidansların yeri tespit edilmiştir. Rezidansların kullanımına yönelik özellikleri, tasarım ve mimariye yönelik özellikleri ve kullanıcı kitlesi tanımı yapılmıştır. Tüm bu tespitlerin yanında, konuttaki aidiyet oluşumuna mekânsal ve kavramsal çerçevede açıklık getirilmiş ve aidiyet (place attachment) kavramına, insan, çevre, yaşam alanı, alan (territory), egemenlik alanı (territorial behaviour), mahremiyet (intimate), kişisel mekân (personal space) gibi kavramlarla açıklık getirilmiştir. Alan araştırması kapsamında rezidanslar için en yaygın ve geçerli tanım ortaya konarak, İstanbul içerisindeki rezidanslar arasında bir tanıma uygunluk yöntemiyle, en çok hizmet veren rezidans seçilmiş, bu rezidansta yapılan görüşme ve anketlerde tabakalı örnekleme yöntemiyle varılan sonuçlar, yaşam alanı içerisinde irdelenen kavramlar çerçevesinde eşleştirilerek rezidanslardaki aidiyet oluşumuyla ilgili bir araştırma ortaya konmuştur.

The changing, transforming city and housing have been dealt with in the context of Istanbul, and the identity changes as a result of all these transformations also transformed housing with new alternate users, while carrying the city to another place with the influence of globalization. Therefore, there is a serious diversification and differentiation in the housing pattern that will appeal to these people in Istanbul. Therefore, while the aim of the study is to make it easier to look at the subject in this perspective, the main objective is to investigate the formation of place attachment in residential houses, which is a housing presentation format that almost all kinds of user needs are met with the services offered by the housing. Therefore, first of all, in addition to looking at the metropolitan city, the urban globalization, the transformation of the city and the housing, the concept of housing-house, and the relationship of the housing with the individual and its surroundings; the housing stock in the city was also looked at, the housing development in Turkey was considered in a chronological order, and the place of the residence among these was determined. The characteristics of the residence for its usage, design and architecture and its user population are defined. In addition to all these determinations, the formation of place attachment in housing has been clarified in the spatial and conceptual framework and the place attachment concept has been clarified with concepts such as human, environment, living space, territory, territorial behaviour, intimate and personal space. Within the scope of the field survey, the most common and valid definition for the residences was set out, the most serving resident was chosen among residential houses in Istanbul by a method of suitability to a definition, and a research has been conducted on the formation of place attachment in residences by pairing the results obtained by layered sampling method in the interviews and surveys conducted in this residence with the concepts analyzed in the living area.
