Özet
Araştırma değişik eğitim düzeylerindeki hemşirelik okulu öğrencilerinin“Hemşirelik Süreci”uygulamalarındaki başarılarının analizi amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, İstanbul il sınırları içinde, farklı ilçeler de yer alan bir Sağlık Meslek Lisesi, bir Sağlık Hizmetleri Meslek Yüksek Okulu ve bir de Hemşirelik Yüksek Okulundan toplam 150 öğrenciden oluş muştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak Birol'un Hemşirelik Süreci kitabından örnek bir vak'a verilmiş, yanısıra öğrencilerin demografik özellikleri ile Hemşirelik Süreci kuramsal ve uygulamasına ilişkin soruları içeren bir anket formu düzenlenmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde, Aritmetik Ortalama, yüzdelik ve x2 testi (chi-square), varyans analizi kullanılmış ve sonuçlar tablolar halinde toplanmıştır. Değerlendirme sonuçlarına göre; öğrencilerin sürecin işlenmesin den memnun oldukları, öğrencilerin çoğunluğunun süreç doğrultusunda 1-5 hastaya bakım verebildikleri, süreç uygulamasında Günlük Yaşam Aktivitelerini kullandıkları, hemşirelik sürecinin mesleki beklentilerine cevap66 verebileceğini ve nitelikli bakım için sürecin önemli olduğunu ifade ettikle ri, buna karşın; süreç uygulamasında zaman zaman yanlış kaynaklardan yardım alındığı, öğrencilerin hemşirelik süreci konusunda bilgi gereksinimleri olduğu ve her üç okuldaki hemşire öğrencilerin“Hemşirelik Süreci”uygulamasında beklenen düzeyde başarılı olamadıkları saptanmıştır.

The aim of the research is to analyse the achievement concerning the applications in the“Nursing Process”of the students educated on different levels in the nursing schools. The sampling of the research is constructed with a total of 150 students from a Vocational School of Health, a Vocational Higher School of Health Services and a Nursing Higher School domiciled within the boundaries of the province of Istanbul, in various counties. In order to have enough data, a case from BiroPs book named Nursing Process was given as well as a statistical interview form having questions related to the demographic specifications of the students and theory and practice of the Nursing Process. In the evaluation of the data, the methods arithmetic avarage, percentage and X2 test (chi-square) and variance analysis were used and the results were described in schedules. According to the results of the evaluation, the students participated in the interview stated that the process is satisfactory to them, that the higher school students are able to care the patients in accordance with the process, that the students use their daily life activities68 in the application of the process, and that the nursing process is satisfactory to their occupational expectations and that the process is important to achieve a qualified care. However, it is also observed that the students are sometimes assisted by the wrong sources in the application of the process, that the students have lack of knowledge and need to be informed on nursing process and in each of these three levels students' achievment in the application of the“Nursing Process”are varied in a grade to“poor-good”.
