Özet
İnşaat sektörü, kendisine bağlı onlarca alt sektörü ile yarattığı üretim ve istihdamla, tüm dünyada ekonominin lokomotif sektörü konumundadır. Türk inşaat sektörü, hem yurtiçi hem de yurtdışında gösterdiği faaliyetler sayesinde ülkemizin kalkınmasında önemli rol oynamaktadır. İnsan gücünün yoğun olarak kullanıldığı, geniş iş imkanları sağladığı için ekonomik gelişim sürecinde de önde gelen sektörlerdendir. Artan iş hacmiyle beraber bu sektörde çalışan sayısı da artış göstermektedir. Bununla birlikte, inşaat sektörü işçilerin maruz kaldıkları risklerin çeşitliliği ile iş kazalarının en çok yaşandığı ve ölümlü iş kazalarının da en çok görüldüğü sektörlerden birisidir. Bu durum, iş sağlığı ve güvenliğini bu sektörde daha da önemli hale getirmektedir. Bu çalışmada amaç, şantiyede çalışan işçilerin iş sağlığı ve iş güvenliği konusundaki algı ve tutumlarının değerlendirilmesidir. Bu kapsamda, işçilerle yüz yüze görüşmeler yapılmış ve görüşmelerde doldurulan anketlerle işçilerin iş sağlığı ve iş güvenliği konusundaki düşünceleri SPSS programı ile analiz edilmiştir. Bu çalışma sonucunda, inşaat şantiyelerinde çalışanların iş sağlığı ve güvenliği ile ilgili konularda ne kadar bilgi sahibi oldukları, davranış ve tutumlarının düzeyi ve yeterliliği değerlendirilmiştir.

The construction industy is itself connected to the sub-sector performed dozens of production and providing employment is the leading sector of the economy worldwide locations. Turkish construction industy plays an important role in the development of our country through the activities in which both domestic and abroad. The construction industy is one of the leading sectors in the process of economic development; because it provides ample job opportunities and mostly used human power. Day by day wit the increasing business volume, numbers of employees in this sector are increasing in parallel. Construction industy with a variety of risk of occupational accidents suffered by workers is one of the most experienced and the most visible sector of fatal occupational accidents. In this case, the workers' health and safety are put up more of a priority in this sector. The aim of this study is to assess the perceptions and attitudes of occupational health and safety of site workers. In this context, they were interviewed face to face with the workers and thoughts about the occupatıonal health and safety of workers will be analyzed using the SPSS program with the filled questionnaire talks. The results of this study, how much information they have about employee health and work on construction sites safe, attitudes on this issue, assessed the extent to which the behavior and attitudes will be obtained from an analysis of this subject.
