Özet
Çalışma Ekonomisi ve Endüstri İlişkileri bölümlerinin karşı karşıya olduğu sorunların sınıflandırılarak bölümlerin geleceğine yönelik bir yol haritası çizilmesinin amaçlandığı bu tez çalışması üç bölümden oluşmaktadır. Birinci bölümde sosyal siyasetin Türkiye'ye taşınma sürecinden, ÇEEİ bölümlerinin ortaya çıkışına kadar olan süreç incelenmiştir. Bu sürecin incelenmesi bölümlerin üzerine kurulmuş olduğu geleneğin anlaşılmasında büyük önem arz etmektedir. İkinci bölümde, kürsülerin kapanması ile yerine oluşturulan ÇEEİ bölümlerinin günümüzdeki durumu kapsamlı bir durum analizi ile incelenmiştir. Çalışmanın amacı olan bölümlerin geleceklerinin şekillendirilmesine yönelik öneriler oluşturma kapsamında ikinci bölüm sorunların tespiti açısından önemlidir. Üçüncü bölümde ise bölümlerin tarihsel gelişimi ve sorunları üzerine araştırma yapmış öğretim üyeleri ile gerçekleştirilmiş mülakatların analizleri tablolar halinde metnin anlamsal bütünlüğü göz önünde bulundurularak yazıya aktarılmıştır. Metne aktarılan görüşmeler kategorilere ayrılarak yeniden değerlendirilmiştir. Son bölümde elde edilen veriler çerçevesinde genel bir değerlendirme ve yorum yapılmış ve bölümlerin yeniden yapılanma ihtiyacı üzerine öneri ve tartışmalar geliştirilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen mülakatlar, bölümlerin bir eksen kayması ile karşı karşıya olduğunu göstermiştir. Yapılan görüşmeler ışığında bu ve diğer sorunların giderilmesine yönelik çözüm önerileri üretilmiş ve bölüme bir yol haritası çizilmeye çalışılmıştır. ÇEEİ bölümlerinin günümüzde karşı karşıya olduğu belirsizlik ve sorunların giderilmesinde, gelecekte bölümün hak ettiği saygınlığın, değişen ve gelişen bürokraside kendisine yer bulmasının, mezunlarının istihdam olanaklarının geliştirilmesinin ve birçok kazanımın sağlanmasında bu çalışmanın faydalı olacağı varsayılmaktadır.

This thesis study, which aims to classify the problems faced by the Labor Economics and Industrial Relations departments and draw a road map for the future of the departments, consists of three parts. In the first part, the process from social politics to Turkey to the emergence of the LEIR sections has been examined. Examination of this process is of great importance in understanding the tradition that it is founded on the sections. In the second part, the current state of the LEIR sections formed by the closure of the rods is investigated by a comprehensive state analysis. The second part of the proposal for shaping the future of the parts that are the aim of the work is important for the determination of the problems. In the third chapter, the analysis of the interviews conducted with the academic members who made researches on the historical development and problems of the departments were transferred to the articles in the tables considering the semantic integrity of the text. The negotiated negotiations were re-evaluated by separating them into categories. A general evaluation and interpretation of the data obtained in the last chapter has been made and suggestions and discussions have been developed on the need for restructuring of the departments. The interviews conducted showed that the departments were facing an axis shift. In the light of the negotiations, a proposal for solving these and other problems was produced and an attempt was made to draw a divided road map. It is assumed that this study will be useful in improving the employment possibilities of graduates and in obtaining many benefits, in the future, in respect of the uncertainties and problems faced by the LEIR departments and in the future, the dignity deserved by the department, its place in the changing and developing bureaucracy.
